Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Water pressure in the shower
Breakfast being served at 6am was perfect! It was delicious and we actually got to enjoy since it was served at 6am. The staff was beyond friendly and the warm cookies were the icing on the cake. I would definitely stay here again.

Very small space for a family. The description states bedroom and living area with out couch. It was just one room WITH the kitchenette so this made for a tight squeeze.

The facility seemed used and the door had obviously been forcibly entered. Not a lot of protein in the breakfast and was difficult to find something to eat if you could not do gluten or dairy.
I liked having the kitchenette. The staff was helpful, I appreciated Amy (and other staff member) for the help in getting the stove to work.

The rooms are a little small.

slightly more room in the room would have been better. We'd like a curbless shower in future stays.

Had to move rooms due to sink drain issue but the staff took great care of us.
The most friendly staff I've encountered in the area ,the breakfast staff was a joy to talk to every morning.

Honestly breakfast was pretty weak. At 9am most everything was gone, and wasn’t replenished for about 45 minutes. Seemed the person was working desk and breakfast so apparently understaffed Also our TV never worked (no signal message).. troublshooting tips with front desk did not work. It wasn’t a big deal for us as we were not in the room much. But… should have been remedied I think.

pool area not easy to access. breakfast area wasn’t very kid friendly at all. maybe have TV set up for kids to watch and not all news channel
finding this hotel is easy. seems to be more for long term stays. trash was left outside door across from us for 2 days.

Housekeeping, I had to get another housekeeper to do what my previous housekeeper should have done. Wendy is a very good housekeeper, she doesn't mind doing what she's paid to do. Hat's off to Wendy!
Breakfast was good, lots to choose from.

They packed up breakfast too early. By 9:15 there was barely any food out … by 9;30 they put everything up. Some people sleep late on vacation

The staff were very accommodating. We arrived late and checked in late (about 11 p.m.). They allowed us a late check-out at 1:15 p.m. the next day, which we appreciated very much.

It was stuffy at first but once we got the air going it was good.
The location was a little tricky but once I turned around it was good. I had called ahead because road construction had delayed my arrival time. Angie at the front desk was understanding and held our room for us. The first room wasn't completely cleaned but we were moved right away. Turns out maintenance was working on that room and forgot to take it off the list of clean rooms. The room was nice and comfy. It was just as expected. The next morning Robin, the manager, made sure to get with us upon checkout to make sure all was good.

The lights flickered badly in bathroom last day, plumbing made load noise (could be why remodeling the place), shower head was awful, little to no water pressure. If you stay check these things first.
The bed was comfortable, space was good, kitchen was sufficient.

The room was dirty. I had to clean before we could stay. I requested clean towels 3 separate times on day 3, and was told they didn’t have any. We were also double charged for a separate room my parents were staying. We still don’t have answers as to why. The front desk could not give us a reason or resolve the issue. Still trying to resolve this issue.
