The bathroom. It looked pretty and clean, but it had a few issues. The shower curtain rod was really wobbly, and we were afraid it might fall. The shower head didn't allow for much pressure, and I had to stay in much longer to wash my hair. The bathroom vent was really dirty. The vending machines were not working on many floors. We had to go all the way to the casino gift shop for bottled water and snacks. It was a bit inconvenient when staying on the 24th floor. I know these are nit-picky things, but when we paid this much for a room, these things should be addressed.

The room was large, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to the venue we attended. Overall, it was a nice room. The registration staff was great.

Distance to everything from parking to registration, long line for registration, distance from registration to elevators. The Brew Brothers food was not good. A 1-1/2 out of 5 stars.

We liked the quiet peacefulness of the town. The people are super friendly. Karaoke was a blast!

Not a great selection in dining selections

Room was good and clean. No issue except filter on air and heat was completely full of dust and dirt. Maintenance was sent and filter changed.

I had to SPECIFICALLY ask for a room with Wifi and Cellular signal. Because the last time we stayed here our phones and laptops did not have any wifi or cellular signal. It should already be available for guests regardless. Beds are so stiff I did not sleep well. Pillows are so thin and uncomfortable.

I love that it was clean and check-in process was quick. Except for attendant. Was a bit stiff and non chalant

The hotel rooms and bathroom. They have gone down hill big time. One bright spot was the Brothers Brew…it was new and inviting. The hotel needs an upgrading to the hotel rooms and bathrooms. Many things weren’t working or taped off.

The hotel, the hallways and rooms are showing their age. The place looks cheapen and on top of that the machines take your money quickly. We used to be entertained for a few hours playing the machines, watching sports and just enjoying goid conversations…not anyone. It’s a shame.

This time my room wasn’t as cleaned, found a couple of hairs in the bathroom. The shelves were a bit dusty.

The location was great, this is my second time booking here and I loved the hotel and staff.

Room service was bad. After kissing hm we are actually are in a good spot.

The room was dirty and mold on the air vents. The toilet was broken. When I called down stairs they didn't care. O have never been to a casino where they allow children to be out walking around at all hours

The location was great. Had a good sandwich shop inside. They also had a great 80's band playing in the bar.

After waiting 2 hrs me and my gf got tired and went to gamble then after 3 more hours no one still came to clean it

The location of the property was excellent, alot of parking and space to run around. The room I got was dirty. I called the front desk and they said they'd be right on it. No one came to Clean.

The only issues were that we were told to speak English and that this was her country inside the casino by a lady that was gambling, as we walked past her, not good!! Also, my parents room could not dial out to anyone, front desk, housekeeping or anything, and they did not have a Housekeeping sign for the door, I called from my room each time for them and the first day I asked for only towels and the never brought them up, kind of frustrating.

It had everything you need as far as dining and lots of entertainment, the rooms very spacious clean and comfortable.

Rooms need to be updated and their was No Fridge in the room. Air conditioning thermostat needs to be updated. Can adjust temperature.
