The courtyard also included a pub which was incredibly noisy. This didn't concern me too much as it was closed at the weekend and at 22:30 during the week. There is a lot of building work in the area which is also very noisy and, rather bizarrely, the road sweeper and recycling lorry went past around 05:00.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and in a great location. The view of The Gherkin was superb. It was well heated (weather was very cold and wet for the time of year) which was a real bonus. Very nice toiletries were provided. There was great storage in the bedroom. The apartment is also situated in a very secure courtyard. Very close to a variety of public transport.

We had some difficulties with how to lock the door when leaving the apartment the first time- our fault, but would have been nice with a short intro. about the workings of the apartment etc - a note on the wall or something :-) - a bit noisy due to garbage being collected in the mornings etc - but all in all nothing bad to say about the place. Might need a bit of a sprucing up, but nothing that ruined the stay for us.

We tried to contact Native a couple of times but they where not available at all. We tried via WhatsApp and phone call but they never replied. In the end we didn’t have any contact with anyone from Native.

It was very noisy at night. There is a pub in the rear courtyard and there noisy garbage trucks every night/ very early in the morning.

Room was spacious and very conveniently located, with a great coffee shop on the ground floor.

As the pub was closed between Christmas and New Year, the court of the building was only sparely lit after dark and felt a little isolated, but the gate to the street was often closed, so we had to use a code to open it.

The Appartment was as described. Access to the building and the safe containing the keys was well described. My call to Native, asking how to lock the door from the outside was answered quickly. The bedrooms had sound insulation, the living room had single glazing. The heating worked well. The pub is only busy during weekdays and closed on the weekends and on bank holidays and as well between Christmas and new Year. So the cour was quiet in this time.

Quite noisy some nights with people exploring local night-life. Appartment doesn’t have double glazing so perhaps not for light sleepers.

The location was extremely convent and close to Aldgate metro, restaurants, pubs. The apartment was very spacious for two of us and enjoyed coming home at night to relax

The window’s are still single glass panes. That means a lot of sound from the street gets into the apartment (and a lot of heat gets out, but the heating could manage nicely in October but I’m not sure if it’s get really cold)

Affordable place in the center, close to the metro of Aldgate. Good value for money. Clean. Complete an good kitchen. Apartment 19 (4th floor with elevator) had a nice view on the Gherkin.

There were no USB plugs in the apartment, which would be very helpful for international travelers. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes well at all. The sofa legs were all loose and stripped, so they could not be tightened, making us wonder if it would collapse at some point.

The location was perfect. The layout of the apartment was excellent. We liked the added security of a locked door to the building.

It would be good if: In the kitchen 1. we had an extra towel, 2. We had few more plastic bags for the bin (and instructions where to throw it) In the bathroom we had extra towels. When the bar is working, it is very noisy but it closed early so we can sleep well.

The size of the apartment was good and fit to family of 4 people. Good location 5 min walk from Aldgate station. The team was responsive to every request we had.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. It was so noisy. Pub directly below and on Thursdays the noise was particularly horrendous. Couldn't get out of the front door as so many pub goers blocking the exit. Almost every morning bin/bottle collection would wake us up before 7am. This place needs to invest in triple glazing and very thick blackout curtains, given their nightly rate

Very noisy, especially at night and with pub (which was thankfully closed during the weekends). We stayed 12 nights and had only one service so needed more than one towel each, one tea towel and only had 2 toilet rolls the entire stay. Needless to say we purchased more ourselves! More tea and coffee would have been nice and maybe some milk and kitchen condiments, such as salt, pepper and oil. Toilet ran continuously into the bowl and would often not flush properly either. A few tweaks to this apartment would make this a fabulous base to enjoy London from.

Great location easy walk to several tube stations, markets and Thames. Size of apartment was really good for London and had full cooking facilities. Bed very comfortable. Loved being able to open doors and windows and the view of the Gherkin was awesome . Ozone coffee shop underneath building was excellent!

No explanation on how to lock/unlock apartment door; facilities were unable to help me at the time I phoned them, so I had to disturb the occupants in the neighbouring apartment which was a bit awkward. It would be nice if tea towels, and a cot was provided. There was no view of the "Gerkin" as pictured on the Bookings.com. Instructions on how to dispose of the rubbish. Some people might be bothered by the noise from the pub directly below however, this would cease by 10pm and was closed on weekends.

The location, cleanliness, decor, beds were comfortable, showers were ok and there were 3 toilets which was very useful for a family. Dishwashing/clothes washing tablets and kitchen cleaning items were provided. Issues I raised with facilities management was resolved within 24hrs. We stayed for 2 weeks; we received free cleaning service on the 2nd week.

It is in a bustling area so there is some noise. This didn't bother me but might not be for everyone.
