Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The Cafe.
Breakfast service was slow. The waiting for a group of travels to get their food at the same is stupid. Our food was cold for waiting for everyone's food to be ready.

I did not like your dining choices. We ended up eating at Port of subs most nights. Wanted to try the spaghetti place but it was rarely open.
I love that the Tropicana is centrally located, I can walk to multiple locations.

The decor is pretty outdated and stained carpets throughly the halls. We wanted to eat lunch at the only decent looking restaurant which was the brew brothers but they don’t open until dinner time.
The dealers are are nice at this property. Also the convince store inside the hotel was open until 1AM and sold just about everything you could imagine.

Jacuzzi not working. Asked and they told me they had parts in back order. Ended up going to another jacuzzi with friends.

Need to re-pave the entrance to the self parking garage... and improve walkway from boat/trailer parking lot to parking garage entrance. Hard to roll coolers/luggage from lot to garage entrance! Room service should be provided during your stay UNLESS you specifically decline it!
Asked for a "pool view" room and surprisingly, I received one. The bedding was comfortable The elevators worked. Boat parking was convenient for accessing the river. Check in/out was stress-free.

The place is so dated. Not lively what's so ever. Friday night and the place is a ghost town.
The price was fair. Didn't want to spend $300 for the night in Vegas.

Elevators randomly get mind of there own, not working or floor indicators go wacko and cancel out while in motion. We were on the fourth floor and in the evening when they acted up we had to use the stairs to get to our room
We stayed at Tropicana for many many years and always one of our choices because of ample boat parking and great room deals and they never questioned our dogs in our room

The bathroom. It looked pretty and clean, but it had a few issues. The shower curtain rod was really wobbly, and we were afraid it might fall. The shower head didn't allow for much pressure, and I had to stay in much longer to wash my hair. The bathroom vent was really dirty. The vending machines were not working on many floors. We had to go all the way to the casino gift shop for bottled water and snacks. It was a bit inconvenient when staying on the 24th floor. I know these are nit-picky things, but when we paid this much for a room, these things should be addressed.
The room was large, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to the venue we attended. Overall, it was a nice room. The registration staff was great.

Distance to everything from parking to registration, long line for registration, distance from registration to elevators. The Brew Brothers food was not good. A 1-1/2 out of 5 stars.

Not a great selection in dining selections

I had to SPECIFICALLY ask for a room with Wifi and Cellular signal. Because the last time we stayed here our phones and laptops did not have any wifi or cellular signal. It should already be available for guests regardless. Beds are so stiff I did not sleep well. Pillows are so thin and uncomfortable.
I love that it was clean and check-in process was quick. Except for attendant. Was a bit stiff and non chalant
