The amount for the breakfast for an adult wasn’t worth what I was given to eat. The food was cold when I first got there. Wasn’t that many people eating breakfast at that time so I could tell things have been sitting out for a while. For the amount of breakfast, there should been a lot more options. And I would’ve liked the option to be able to check in early. To pay such a large amount and only get to check in at 4 o’clock in the afternoon when I arrived early in the morning on the day of check-in.

Checking in was pretty fast. I appreciate it that. I thought the seating in the lobby area was plentiful and very spacious. Also, to have the option to go out side on the patio was great too. Great fire pits.

When we asked for replacement box of tissues, we were told that Housekeeping was out. We were given an extra roll of toilet paper. The hotel and rooms are showing a bit of age.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful.

I reserved the King Deluxe room thru Booking but when I got to the hotel was given a cheap 2 queen bed room which was less money. They said Booking over sales their rooms so they don’t & won’t honor what I paid for. Very disappointed

The fact that I booked a deluxe queen room and received a confirmation as such, but was given a room with a king bed. Basically they said nothing we can do about it. Queens are sold out. I made the reservation a month ago.

We had no hot water on the first day. I reported it first thing in the morning and then again 12 hours later when it was still not resolved. Rooms not serviced at all during our 6 day stay.

We had to get food delivered because the kitchen closed at 8. Also couldn't get my streaming devices to work with the TV in the room

Only one set of elevators and room not near elevator, even after asking to be near the elevator due to disability. TV channels would glitch constantly making it difficult to watch anything. The pool was really cold for being indoors and the a/c was on in the pool area plus, no towels on the rack for pool use. No key necessary to get into pool area, door doesn't lock. I told the front desk when I was leaving at4pm we needed batteries in our remote and I would stop by and get them when I got back. Three hours or more later I return and stop by the front desk and there is still no batteries waiting for me.

Room had a small sofa and coffee table. Also had a fridge, microwave, and a way to make coffee in the morning. Heat and a/c worked great.

There used to be a great breakfast, it is no longer served. Shortage of anywhere to eat Hotel was shabby as compared to my last visit. No porter service and my husband is disabled Disabled rooms should be by the elevator but they were far to walk.

The location was central although 2 cars were broken into on our first night. The beds were comfortable. It was clean Staff were helpful especially the Chef and Sarah Nice coffee shop but expensive
