Great location,easy walk to beach and art deco area. Very helpful receptionist and valet, we were able to use the roof top pool after checkout before our evening flight.

Location was amazing for south beach and all it had to offer. Pool was handy but closed a bit too early for us late swimmers. Free bikes were a fab extra to explore.

The only complaint we had was the onsite restaurant didn’t offer kids portions. Everything else felt family friendly and I didn’t mind paying more for a great dish, but opted to not bring the kids there because it would have been a waste.

This property was in a a great location. It had a very modern look and feel. The rooftop pool was a nice touch and the restaurant was delicious. The front staff was very courteous and went above and beyond.

Vanity in bathroom is very small but our family of 4 managed! Balcony door did not lock which we were a bit concerned about.

Great Location and Staff with restaurants nearby. Close to Ocean Blvd, which has a lively vibe about it, with a great boardwalk along the beach. Staff were very helpful in arranging transportation for 7 people.

They ended up double charging me; first on booking and then just prior to arrival. Took a bit of sorting out.

The rooms are minimalist. First room we stayed in was an access room and had an awful overpowering laundry smell on the linen you couldn’t sleep. We moved to another room. Balconies are so small you can only stand out there. Way too expensive for what you get.

The location is great and the staff are so lovely.

Our only suggestion is more lights!!! Our room was quite dark, only light coming from tv console and 2 small scones on wall. Would be nice to add a standing lamp. Was hard for us girls to get ready lol.

The hotel was so chic! We were extremely happy when we reached the hotel, the aroma therapy in the lobby is amazing. We really appreciated the welcome champagne :) and free water in the lobby. Fernando was amazing at the front desk!!! We were so lucky to meet him, he was very attentive and always made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The room had a modern boutique feel and was very comfortable, it was very clean and the beds were great. The location is 10/10 - walkable to the beach and so many restaurants and other nightlife and shops.

There was virtually no seating, only a single hard wooden chair. This is inexcusable, the room is large enough for ample comfortable seating. There was no handsoap in the bathroom which was baffling to us. When we mentioned it they brought us a big container of shower gel.

The location is excellent, easy walking access to all the highlights of South Beach

Location is great on main thoroughfare. Very good Italian restaurant on the premises. Pool on the roof is a real bonus.
