The terrace area with a bar that is shown on the website was closed & looked like it hasn't been open in a long while. Also, I will ask for a room that looks out over the street next time instead of overlooking the apartment complex & parking lot behind the building. If I book for any of my travel clients, I will do the same & ask for their room to face the front of the hotel & not the back.

We loved the location, as it was easy to walk to many areas with bars & restaurants. The staff was especially friendly & helpful! We had our dog with us & they went out of their way to treat us & our pet really well. Alejandro & Melissa were especially helpful & nice.

Staff is fantastic, location is great (beach, shops and places to eat just a few steps away) and the rooms are comfortable and very clean. They provide towels for the beach and the pool, as well as sunbeds on the beach (no umbrella though, keep in mind you have to pay for it separately if you need it!). Overall we had a fantastic stay.

Not too much space for clothes in our room.

Great location. South Pointe, Ocean Drive just 10 minutes by walk. Many local shops, restaurants are close to the hotel. Also bus stop just outside hotel.

The curtains were not completely dark.

It was so clean with detailed design. They gave us towel for beach, also they offer free chair at the good spot of the beach. Bike availability was also a plus.

Th location was perfect for us. Away from the noise but still close enough to walk places. The staff are super friendly. The bike rental was brilliant, and the room view was great. Great size room, clean & had a little fridge. Perfect for the two nights we stayed

Great location,easy walk to beach and art deco area. Very helpful receptionist and valet, we were able to use the roof top pool after checkout before our evening flight.

No change of towels in 2 days.

Location was amazing for south beach and all it had to offer. Pool was handy but closed a bit too early for us late swimmers. Free bikes were a fab extra to explore.

The only complaint we had was the onsite restaurant didn’t offer kids portions. Everything else felt family friendly and I didn’t mind paying more for a great dish, but opted to not bring the kids there because it would have been a waste.

This property was in a a great location. It had a very modern look and feel. The rooftop pool was a nice touch and the restaurant was delicious. The front staff was very courteous and went above and beyond.

Vanity in bathroom is very small but our family of 4 managed! Balcony door did not lock which we were a bit concerned about.

Great Location and Staff with restaurants nearby. Close to Ocean Blvd, which has a lively vibe about it, with a great boardwalk along the beach. Staff were very helpful in arranging transportation for 7 people.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Very nice and modern hotel close to the ocean drive. Despite the proximity to busy areas it's calm and quiet. I was alone for 1 night and felt 100% safe.

The rooms are minimalist. First room we stayed in was an access room and had an awful overpowering laundry smell on the linen you couldn’t sleep. We moved to another room. Balconies are so small you can only stand out there. Way too expensive for what you get.

The location is great and the staff are so lovely.

Our only suggestion is more lights!!! Our room was quite dark, only light coming from tv console and 2 small scones on wall. Would be nice to add a standing lamp. Was hard for us girls to get ready lol.

The hotel was so chic! We were extremely happy when we reached the hotel, the aroma therapy in the lobby is amazing. We really appreciated the welcome champagne :) and free water in the lobby. Fernando was amazing at the front desk!!! We were so lucky to meet him, he was very attentive and always made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The room had a modern boutique feel and was very comfortable, it was very clean and the beds were great. The location is 10/10 - walkable to the beach and so many restaurants and other nightlife and shops.
