Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaRooms need an upgrade. The washer and dryer combo were at least 30 years old and required maintenance to fix it. The sofa bed is also vintage and needs to be updated.
The room was good, as was the location of major attractions, restaurants etc. The pool was well maintained and ample room for family to take advantage of the sun and water.

United States of AmericaEveryone’s allergies went crazy the 1st morning we woke up. Some of us got better but my daughter just kept getting worse. I’m not sure if their had been pets in before us or some type of mold we couldn’t (not saying they have mold) but she was miserable and only got some what better when we left. Once we came back to sleep the next morning she started all over and now that we are home she’s 100% better. It really messed up our trip as we were there for a cheerleading competition. It’s a bit strange how the hotel is set up we were in a building across the street from the main part of the hotel so we didn’t get to use many amenities as it was a long walk or drive to get to them. It would of been nicer to have a loading and unloading zone in front of the buildings to get your bags out of your car into the building. The small strip that was there just felt awkward while you have people walking to leave, Ubers dropping people off and grubhub looking for who they are dropping food off too. I do wish the kitchen had a few more things like a measuring cup and cookie sheet.
The location was great it wasn’t far from Disney and then you were right in the middle of tons of restaurants, stores and anything else you will need. We love how both rooms had a kitchen (even if the smaller room didn’t have a full kitchen our girls made great use of it) it had 2 pull out couches so really 8 people could fit in here. It’s also great that it was like having 2 hotel rooms and we could just close the hall way door and leave the room doors open. The full size kitchen was great we were able to make full meals. Both units we had their own washers and dryers. The best part of our stay was being able to watch Disney’s fireworks right from our balcony. Even with the allergy people we would stay here again just next time I’m gonna make sure pets weren’t in the room before us.

United States of AmericaBuilding is older and shows the wear and tear. Many staff members speak zero English. One even pulled out Google translator when we were asking for help getting in our room when the key wouldn’t work and then finally just gave up and walked away.

United States of AmericaI got tossed around from the moment of checking in just to get a parking pass which led me to someone who wants to talk about a time share. Got to the room and no blankets for our pull-out couch but they did bring us some after calling. If your not in your room when you call down for more supplies like towels they won't even exchange until someone is actually in the room. Staff wasn't the most friendly or attentive. We tried to back out of parking one day day and someone on a golf cart parked behind us talking to other staff rather then be courteous and move. Then on occasion, the staff would drive gold carts down the middle of the road rather than move and let anyone pass through which btw is a 2 lane. Also there are not pools at every building and then pictures are misleading. Kids were looking forward to the playground but we didn't have access because it was located behind another building that we didn't have access too.
I had a king suite, it was enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids with the pull-out couch. Loved that it had a washer and dryer and full kitchen. I don't really have any complaints on the room, could have been a little cleaner. The resort does have a parking garage in the event that you don't have enough parking but honestly, we only used that one day which was directly across from where we needed to go in so wasn't a huge inconvenience.
