I love this place. the units are spacious and comfortable. I have stayed there a few times in different units. reasonable rates. they have an indoor and outdoor pool which is nice. Close to the outlets and Portland. close to hiking trails and the beaches. Some great restaurants nearby too.

Being a couple in our sixties, it was difficult for us to take in our luggage up and down the stairs.

The unit we stayed in was very comfortable. Bedroom had a king size bed and TV, Living room area had nice sofa and chairs to relax in along with television. This area was joined to the modern kitchen that we used instead of going out for dinner so much, and we had two bathroom, one en-suite and one in the main living area as well as a patio with table and chairs. We enjoyed the homeyness of the place.

only thing would be a ceiling fan in the rooms to move the AC air from the living room to the bedroom or a separate unit in there. My daughters unit had ceiling fans in all rooms so that helped moved the air and being on the 1st floor, I didn't want to have windows open or the sliders opened at night.

loved the heated outdoor pool. It was so hot this Memorial Day, but they wouldn't allow you in the beach water since it is too cold compared to temperature. We all gathered at the pool and enjoyed it immensely

There was no A/C in the master bedroom

My daughter really liked the indoor pool with the hot tub. The condo was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed grilling dinner on the grills at the property. We loved that the condo was located off the main road and was very quiet at night which was amazing. The WiFi didn’t work when we checked in but a maintenance man came by within an hour and was able to fix the issue! Overall our stay was great and we would love to come back again!

The blinds in the bedroom were broken creating a privacy issue with buildings located directly accross.

Could not see the ocean from my unit.

The room was as advertised. liked having coffee maker in morning. The two bathrooms were very clean. The unit provided the comforts of home. Also liked the location of the Village, near to main road and places to eat.

The noisy neighbors upstairs above us who thought it was ok the make noise all night into the early morning hours with no regard for anyone else. Between the talking, the constant opening and closing of the sliding door and the elephant who kept stomping their feet back and forth. I don't understand why you would need to walk around your hotel room that many times for that many hours. They weren't too bad before quite time but after that it just kept going.

The size of the room and the convienance of having two bathrooms, a full kitchen and plenty of space! The indoor pool was nice but a bit noisy due to the group of 10 kids who came in.

Having to walk to another building to get ice

Loved the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Having access to a full kitchen was great. Great location to the beach, restaurants, Kennebunk and Ogunquit

We couldn't find sheets for the sofa bed. The door of the closet with the washer machine was not good and we couldn't open it well. Other than this, very good place. I recommend.

The tv system. 4 remotes , no instructions , staff had left, and we couldnt even find a normal channel to watch jeopardy. It was ridiculous.

The walls feel like they are a bit thin. It was not as quiet as we expected. Not sure I'd want to stay there in full occupancy for that reason.

The rooms were large and comfortable with a full kitchen. We had a view of the Rachel Carson preserved marshland and watched the sun rise in the morning from our deck. The staff were attentive and caring.

The cutting knives were practically useless. (I'm glad that I brought a sharp knife along.) There were no 'pillows' on the couch which made it uncomfortable to sit on. The large chair in the living room was too heavy to move and out of reach of a side table.

I loved the sunny days. The pool, the location and the spacious apartment. The apartment was pretty well equipped.
