You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of Americawe booked a king room, receptionist gave us one with two double beds. It was too late at night when we arrived, so we didn't seek another room.
Even though this hotel is very near the airport, our room was quiet. Shuttle runs frequently (every 15 min) and reliably.

Other than that, the stay was excellent . The food in the restaurant was excellent and the wait staff very friendly. Check in lady was very pleasant and helpful.

United States of AmericaThe price. It's never consistent. Sometimes I get a good price, other times it's astronomical. I am a Bonvoy member, but it doesn't seem to matter. I am better off to just be a Booking member. Bonvoy membership does NOT "have it's privileges." 😁 I couldn't even arrange for late checkout past 1300.
Convenience to fly in and out, as I have to make special arrangements for my car, since we live overseas now.

United States of AmericaThe outdoor pool was closed, a big disappointment for my grand kids. But they did enjoy the indoor pool, so on balance not too bad. I understand that in the day of covid, most hotels no longer provide any room services (changing sheets, towels, etc) during the stay. But it would be nice if they would at least re-supply the in room coffee supplies. Also, there was no easy way to get information about the restaurant offerings and no map of the facility. Restaurant was very small.
The bed was very comfortable. Room was nice and cool. Plenty of parking also.

Very convenient location which you can actually walk to in the daytime, and a frequent free shuttle between 0430-0100 All the staff I dealt with - reception, restaurant, shuttle, giving directions in the long corridors - were super helpful and nice. The restaurant food was decent.
