Only one pool was typically open at a time and closes at 7. The beach access was closed the entire time. You have to chase the pool servers down. Signs with Rules all over the place. You can tell this place use to be nice.

We decided to stay an additional day and our room was not serviced even thought we paid for the extra day. We did let the service lady know and she ignored our request of clean towels, trash to be emptied and more water. In the end we had to call reception who brought up extra towels, but never took the trash, dirty towels or brought water.

The area was a part of Vegas we were happy to find

The size of beds, the TV in one of the rooms didn’t work at all. The hotel was under construction and half their amenities advertised (like the spa) were under construction.

Further from the strip than expected but great quiet location. Needed a change of scenery so we appreciated that. Hotel is very nice and clean, but for some odd reason, the hall way always smelt poopy.... we heard dogs around our room area too. Not sure if its pet friendly, they should really separate those guest from non pet guest, but otherwise we enjoyed our short stay there.

The bathtub- unsafe as it has no grip and very slippery! No mat for feet grip a concave bathtub- have stayed prior with a walk in shower - much better concept! Upgraded shower head obviously but the tub needs to GO!

Overall fine but couple of little things. The bar staff did not keep tables clean and we were surprised to see food on the patio floor which had clearly been there a while. The reception staff could have been more attentive when i gave feedback but management clearly were on it and took action. I hope that the cleanliness point is sorted.

our room location was excellent for us and our two doodle dog companions. The room’s carpeting has to be fixed at the point where it meets the tile/linoleum. there are sharp edges where the two meet that can cause cuts and injury. the carpeting is frayed at this location. it looks unkept and “cheap”.

Our floor was atrocious, and we were willing to pay more for a better view but couldn't figure out how online. The view was kind of gross, just of the dirty ceiling and nothing more. There was a slight delay in check in- and the solution was more free drinks. This is a GREAT solution, truly, just load us up. We'd happily wait if you get us crunk. Overall very happy!

Gorgeous! The bar and outdoor seating was stunning! The garden was a tad hidden and we're so glad we found it. I liked the complimentary coffee even tho our coffee maker was broken. The entrance was so pretty, breath taking. Ricks Cafe gave us one of the best dinners we've ever had.

The Ses Pool in front of the lake. Was disgusting, smelled and was sad that they would put small lake animals in danger like that. I can not believe they have left it like that.

Just make sure when a quest asks for a freshen up. it's done!

I called the front desk and asked for the room to be "freshen-up." Unfortunately, that did not happen between the first and second day, so we asked the lady making up new rooms, if she would give us fresh towels . Yes did, but she did not speak english which took a few minutes for me to remomber mu high scool spanish -
