The mattress and the television was awful it didn't work well. Get some decent channels.

Found some hairs in the bathroom on the floor and the bathtub upon arrival. Also had someone take up 7 parking spots in the main parking area when there was a back row for him and his trailer.

Enjoyable stay in a pretty location. Indoor pool and hot tub were very clean and warm. Great views outside the window for us as well.

First we were charged a 50 dollar deposit for each room that was refunded after we left but that was not mentioned anywhere until we were checking in so be prepared for that. I took my kids to see the museums and sites for spring break but most of them were closed and not scheduled to be open until May, I did not even think of that when preparing for our trip. The pool and spa were great. We had it all to ourselves. When we were leaving the pool and spa since it closes at 10 Pm, there were 2 men in the women's shower so we didn't get to shower after the pool and had to wait till we were back in the room. The drink vending machine didn't work, and there was no "out of order" sign on it. There were only 2 tiny bottles of water in the rooms for the coffee pot, so there was nothing to drink. The heat and a/c machine made a rattle noise every so often so it was hard to sleep. The pillows were terrible and flat. The caulking on the tub floor was dirty cracked and in serious need of replacement. The rest of the room was clean and well decorated. The hallway smelt like a skunk terribly the night we arrived, but was better the next day. The room was not at the location we thought it was. It was the older hotel with the blue roof at the top of the hill.

We utilize the shuttle to the casino and no one told us it was ending for the night and we didn't have a ride back to the hotel. Awful part of the trip

The location is on a hill with no shuttles to go to and from the casino. If you did, you were taken to another location. If not present at that casino location, you would have to walk to the hotel on the hill.

Handicapped room was not set up well for a person in a wheel chair, no hand rails in shower. No skid proofing in shower, was not able to use, was unsafe. Door to enter were not easy access if in a chair.

It seemed to be outdated by the decorations and it smelled like smoke even though it says no smoking allowed.
