Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When we asked for extra towels after 2 nights, (they clean your room and refresh towels, sheets, etc every 3 days) we were told that housekeeping didn’t finish laundry and they didn’t have any on hand. The A/C in the rooms didn’t get very cold so the rooms were mildly cold and after leaving it on during the day and having all the lights off and coming back the room was almost muggy/musty. The main common area has a very strong cologne/carpet powder cleaning smell that was overwhelming until you got into your room but nothing that wasn’t a deal breaker.
Rooms were nice and matched the pictures on the website, the front desk agent who checked us in was very friendly and super helpful. It was easy to access from the freeway and good amount of parking and there was onsite security guard to watch the parking lot.

We were required to leave a cash deposit since we booked through a third party site. We were unaware of this ahead of time.
Good variety of choices in the breakfast buffet. Our stay exceeded our expectations for the price paid.

The staff was very adamant about 3pm check-in. I arrived around 1:15 and still had to wait until 3pm. I requested upon booking for early check-in as well. Keep this in mind when booking here. Also, there is a $60 CASH deposit.
The hotel was nice and well kept. The rooms are updated and nice as well. The water in the shower was very hot, which I loved most after a long day of traveling and shopping around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

They didn’t clean our room. And the pool areas had branches in the water and jazzuci néed to clean the water was dirty in it.

The pool wasn't clean, there were bugs and debris all in the pool which made our girls not want to go swimming.
The rooms were clean and suitable for a quick weekend stay.

Free parking however we woke up the next morning and a lady was crying someone took the rims off her rental. But next day I did see security outside. Electricity went out because of thunderstorm. Stayed off the rest of the night until early morning. The First Lady was sweet when checking in however after she left the other clerk was not professional. Stayed on her phone talking wasn’t trying to help us out. They don’t take card for the limited stuff in their store area. Had to use atm took about $3/4. Then she didn’t have change to pay me. The pool was always locked we had to ask them to Open. And the day after the stoRm the pool was open but dirty because the trees and we had to clean it.
Clean easy to check in. Good house keeping. She doesn’t speak English but we made it work. Close to airport and near food. They do have a pool and hot breakfast. Also free parking.

The vending area had no sugar free options and I am diabetic. The breakfast was fair and the room wasn’t very clean.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The price was significantly lower than the other hotels in the area.

When we got to your hotel after a very long, stressful day, there was no staff at the reception desk. I rang the bell after a minute and stood there for a few more minutes. One of the staff came in after a while, talking on her cell phone (I think she was talking to a customer). After at least 5 minutes, she apologized for a long call and proceeded to check us in. While she was looking at the screen, she reached and start eating the rest of so called her dinner takeout. My husband and I just looked at each other with a sigh.
Our flight was delayed and we missed the last connecting flight of the day. While in the baggage pick up, I looked up on line for a nearby hotel with availability and hotel shuttles. I could book Wingate.for a quick night stay. When we got our baggages, I called Wingate and asked where to meet the shattle. The person told me the terminal name and door number. We took a tram to said terminal in 10 minutes. Before we found the door, the driver called my cell and helped me find him. It went very well and I thank them for that.
