Asked for blanket twice ,none delivered.I left a note and verbal.2 days no coffee pods in rm ,even after asking.Toilet very low,unbelievably.Tub very slippery.

Would've preferred a sink outside the bathroom for food prep. TV couldn't receive live broadcasts of current TV shows and the ROKU feature couldn't be used to stream channels unless we wanted to put in our personal logins, which we didn't. Staff spread the cleaning process over several stages during the day, which was disruptive when we needed the room for virtual meetings. Putting the do-not-disturb sign up helped, but that meant we got no clean towels until we asked at the desk later. Sad to see several cars burglarized in the parking area with windows smashed overnight. Needed better lighting and security outside. Sign for the property also hard to see at night and should have been illuminated. Elevators noisy, may have needed maintenance.

King bed was extremely comfortable. Room was spacious and comfortable, with adequate desk and several chairs. Microwave and fridge worked well. Value was superior for a hotel of this quality compared to other locations in the area, with a reasonable $50 deposit for a 5-day stay. Breakfast quite good. None of the unpleasant smells in the room or noisy HVACs that we've seen in other hotels. Thermostat actually worked. Paid about $75 less here for a five-day stay than we did the week before at a nearby hotel that was severely inferior in quality.

When I checked in, the male desk worker wasn't too friendly. He wasn't welcoming at all. He should give a smile to the guest and be more pleasant. He threw my debit card but later apologized. Customer service is very important. Overall, my stay was great!

Our only complaint was a strong smell of someone smoking (something?) seeping under our door from the 4th floor lobby. We had to take towels and stuff them at the bottom of our door.

This place was nice and convenient to everything...shopping, dining etc. Breakfast was delicious, but the chairs were worn yet comfortable. I just wished there was a pool.

During our stay when we returned to our room our toilet flooded and so we had to move rooms. I had to wait a bit for hot water in the new room when I wanted to shower, and the lighting was pretty dim.

Good rates, breakfast was nice, and despite the complaints on WiFi it was exceptional for me. The front desk staff were great as well and wonderful.

Our bed pillows were the size of square decorator pillows. Only filled half of the pillowcase. Difficult to get a good night's sleep.
