Bed was very uncomfortable, king size bed was pretty much on the floor, and it sunk in the middle, which made it very uncomfortable for my husband and I with back problems.

The room was clean, didn't care for breakfast, could have had a better selection of meat like turkey sausage for guest who have restricted diets.

The a/c was not working in our room. It continued to get hotter over the stay even though the temperature controls were set in the low 60s. Luckily, our activities kept us busy and really spent very minimal time in the room.

Location was not far from main highway and was located near several.places to eat etc. It was pretty quiet and breakfast was nice.

The hot tub jets were broken and would not turn on. The pool temperature which was indoor and supposed to be heated, was colder than I thought it should be. I got in once and that was it. That was the reason I chose this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and attentive to any need.

No hotel bar or restaurant, ice machine didn't work on our floor, some gym equipment didn't work and there was a foul smell in the workout room.

The room was clean, the bed super comfortable. The breakfast was really good.

My family and I stay at this location twice now a year or two apart and we given the same EXACT room when checking in on both stays. The first time we were earlier checking in and were able to change rooms. On this last stay we were very late checking in and had already gotten settled in and were very tired and turned on the TV to find that it AGAIN had no connection. I tried everything and then called the front desk who was not friendly about the situation and blamed me of not knowing how to work the remote. I assured her I did and that I was NOT the Problem. She said the only thing she could was get maintenance to look at it the next. I said “After I check out, so I pay for a room that never has a TV working, goodnight.” Don’t know if I will stay again because she was unfriendly with her dialogue, or because I had to stay in strange place with no TV to unwind to or hear local news and weather before I started the next day of my child’s 21st Birthday weekend celebration, or because in 2 or more years they can’t fix a simple, or because I think they set booking.com bookings up in that room on purpose. I try not to be petty but that long apart in stays and the same problem was just over the top for me.

Although there was a problem with the cleanliness of my room, it was quickly reconciled by the front desk staff. I was very pleased.

I was very perturbed by the $30.00 for incidentals. What incidentals could there be?? The bar was closed, breakfast is free, and there is no room service!

The air didn’t seem to be cooling enough in our room. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but it should have been cooler in the room for what I had the thermostat set on

The room I originally booked was no longer available. The breakfast are was a mess and running low on food. They had a football team with kids that were running all over the place. Too much noise until after 11pm. People drinking and talking loud in the lobby for hours. The bartender was outside smoking all in the walking way and the front desk person was sitting outside the hotel door in the car with a man smoking .

The location was perfect. Loved the indoor pool.

Check in clerk was not very knowledgeable about Booking.com process and payment. She also spoke so low I could not hear her most of the time. Took almost 15 minutes to check in and she could not print me a bill when we were leaving.

the business center was not equipped. the breakfast ladies acted like they get a raise for saying NOOOO, and I am not sure how it affects their DAY if they speak

Ice machine on our floor didn't work.

Stayed for surgery the following morning, so we missed breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. They let us check in a bit early for my wife's surgery the day before.
