Half of the lights in the room did not work. The bed was very uncomfortable. The remote control to the TV did not work. And the whole building reek of marijuana. They did not serve breakfast they did not have an ice machine and they did not have housekeeping.

That I was able to get a room during Derby week.

There was a hole in the wall, it smelled like mold and weed. Out of 3 doors that you could use only 1 worked. You could hear your neighbors conversation and other activities. The floors made my white socks turn black. I threw them away after. There was 2 baby roaches in the bathroom.

The stairwell was clean.

When I got in my room there was dirty underwear behind my bathroom door so the staff had to come get those up and mop the dirty bathroom floor that the housekeeper didn’t clean obviously. Also I have a video of a roach that was crawling on the countertop

I liked the fact that it was right off the highway. The staff was very nice and it was clean for the most part.

The hotel listing listed the bed as a queen and it was a double. No water pressure in the shower, ac didn’t work right

Too many dogs, I don't mean no disrespect, but I didn't have an idea there were so many dogs. They were all barking so loudly. Most of them are not on a leash, they were roaming free. The toilet was not very clean. There were no kitchen utensils for cooking.

I like the location, the refrigerator is very new, the tv works perfectly.

There were roaches in our room. One crawled on my husband in the bed and there was one in the bathroom.

there were no amenities except laundry which wasn't necessary for us. No coffee makers no irons no hair dryers kitchenettes with no supplies what so ever. No breakfast No coffee offered anywhere. Even for only 75 a night you expect to have a little more.

Price was okay, staff was helpful and friendly

The hotel constantly smelled like weed we stayed on the 4th floor and it was bad it was even in the elevator and we could also smell it real bad on the first floor…….Our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned like it should have and my the last night we stayed I noticed roaches in the bathroom and there was some above the stove jn the kitchen so I opened the cabinet up and someone had left a cookie jn there I guess the cleaners didn’t think to check everywhere in the room

Smoking outside of the entrance. The folks smoking were away from the door, but there were so many people smoking, it smelled terrible. I felt like I had smoked. The facilities were old, so that made the room look dirty as you can't clean really old stuff.

I don't think I had a breakfast at the WoodSprings Suites I stayed at. The staff was very nice. The room was clean. Sheets and towels were new.

very loud banging on other doors, called front desk to report after multiple times which it was already 12am and no one answered. Didn’t feel safe to go outside to my car for luggage at night due to multiple ppl hanging out by the entrances, hallway smelled of trash horribly

The room and fridge were filthy I ran over to Walmart and got my own cleaning products to clean the room myself. I travel for work and stay in 2-4 extended stays a year and I would hardly consider this an extended stay. No appliances, pans, dishes or silverware in the room as normal extended stays. They have cockroaches and mice and there was garage all over the property. On my last day there they had an employee out cleaning up needles in the grass. No housekeeper cleaned my room the month I stayed there even after asking numerous times.

That they accepted pets and location was okay.

Needed to be clean

My room was tidy but dirty. Small roaches were everything the kitchen when I woke in the night. There was trash at my arrivyand departure in front of the elevator. Toothpaste smeared in sink and counter. Floors were nasty.

Having a kitchenette is pointless if there are no utensils, cutlery, or pans. I paid extra so I could cook. Extremely disappointed. The toilet didn't work correctly and there were no curtains to keep sunlight out The place has a lot of long stay residents. It is not a topical hotel feel.

Decent room. Not bad location for freeway.
