very noisy, Rooms very Small and dirty there was no hygiene in the bathroom just towels and toilet paper trash behind dresser with dirty socks roachs crawlling on floor and walls

As we drove into the parking lot, i saw the price on the marquis was $20 less than the price on booking.com. Felt uncomfortable with the unprofessional staff and questionable characters in the lobby. The entire building smelled like pot. The room door was not hung correctly and it didn't latch nor would it lock without lifting the door and the hinge lock wasn't even functional. The room was on the 4th floor and the bathroom door looked like it had flood damage. The shower head was not on the setting that i wanted so when i twisted it hoping for more water pressure, water started shooting onto the ceiling. The refrigerator was filthy. The wall had 2 sets of dirty handprints in precarious placements. The bedding had what looked like mascara on it. Looked good on the outside but the inside...

The space was adequate. The microwave and bathtub look brand new.

Plenty of bugs. This is probably a reason for the reasonable value.

Dated decor, uncomfortable bed.

Front Desk Staff was pleasant, welcoming, and engaging. The room had a full sized refrigerator and great bathroom space.

Room could have been a little cleaner. The bed wasn't the most comfortable .

Price was reasonable. The location was also good. Parking was spacious and well lit.there was security cameras for your safety.

Smell of marijuana in the hall. Toilet kept running all day and night. We moved table away from the wall so much dirt under the table . 2 chairs would been great in our room especially if you have 2 people in a room. Microwave was not cleaned couldn't use to warm our leftovers. Asked them to clean it while out at the beach came back ready to use and still was not cleaned. Called down to front desk asked if they had any cleaner for me to clean the microwave she said no she'll be up to clean it and she came up to clean the microwave. laundry room was a mess.

I did not like the uncommon bed nor did I like the pillows

The beds weren’t as comfy as I’d like it to be. I woke up after such a long night at work with an aching body.

The building looked worn down. Upon entering the hallways and our room, a distinct smell of sewage/water treatment permeated the building. The bathroom, bedding, and fridge were adequate, seemed clean, but kitchen area and all surfaces didnt appear to have been cleaned for a while. The sparse amount of toiletrees and no basic items(kitchenette) like plates, flatware, or napkins was disappointing.

Upon arriving, the hotel staff were helpful, friendly, and informative. This is the strength of this hotel.

I smelled like cigarettes and other things in lobby abs halls. Even though it was clean the fridge had roach when I opened it. Towels had a smell to them.

The mattress was extremely cheap was only given two pillows, and the AC was noisy and didn’t do the best cooling the room .

I arrived at 315 to check in and room was still not ready I had to change and get ready in my car for my event. That should have not happened.

The check-in process after 10 pm. It took us calling 15 minutes for the clerk to come up front. The bathroom in our room was not clean properly. Thank goodness for the housekeeping supervisor.

The bed was very comfortable. The assistant manager was very sweet and accommodating as well as the housekeeping supervisor.

The place was very poor everything. I’ve stayed at other hotels that are this cheap and didn’t get hairs on the bed from other people and no ice available or any shampoo In the room. Very limited staff required us to go to the front office to get replacement towels and we had to take the ones we had used back in order to get the fresh ones.

Front office lady was super nice although she looked way too over worked she had ordered food and couldn’t even eat it cause I guess she was the only one working.
