During the night we received a call because they claimed I was in the wrong room. The room of course was the one given at checkin. I didn’t managed to sleep the whole night

The location is fantastic - very close to the waterfront for the pier, sea lions, boat trips etc. The bus stop for a bus to the Golden Gate bridge was also super close round the corner. Lots of great restaurants nearby and in walking distance, plus a supermarket. S’mores by the fire pit was a lovely extra touch.

While the checkin, the taxes included and garage parking weren’t clear When we questioned the staff about the charges, they didn’t like it, as we were doubting of their work.

Our room was tired and shabby and didn’t smell fresh. The bathroom was particularly tired and dirty. The bar only opened at certain times.

If the restaurant that is attached to the hotel isn't open, you have to walk all the way around the block to get to the pier. One morning, I waited until restaurant hours before I ordered Starbucks because it was raining bad,only to find out that the restaurant wasnt actually opened despite their posted business hours so I had to run around the block in the rain to get our coffee.

Room was clean and comfortable, Area was convenient to the pier. Ihop next door was convenient for quick morning breakfast and the hotel common area was super fun and chill! Hotel held our bags for us after checking out, no problems or issues.

I had a bad experience with the lady at the front desk during the morning shift. She was rude and arrogant, I didn't get informed that I was being overcharged on the day of check-in. So, I went to ask her about it the next day, but she replied with a bad attitude, "you will get it back", without moving her eyes from her computer. This hotel charged me an extra $30 plus tax for amenities and another $40 for an accident deposit upon arrival, even though my booking price included all fees. Although the amount was eventually refunded to me, it was not pleasant to be charged without notice or explanation in advance. I booked hotels via Booking.com throughout my entire trip in the US, and this was the only time I had issues with payment.

Convenient location, attractions within walk distance. Nice and stylish interior design, spacious room, comfy beds, quiet atmosphere, great view with sky star wheel right outside the balcony. Cute yard and wonderful playroom equipped with diverse games. Security guys make us feel safe.

No proper cups for the coffee machine or glasses in bathroom. Paper cups not acceptable. Little/no facilities available. Window blind in bedroom really damaged and needs replacing.
