Apartments were absolutely beautiful! Clean, cozy, comfortable. Two balconies, fully equipped kitchen, bathrobes, perfect. Great heated swimming pool with jacuzzi, 4 types of sauna, hotel is really close to center and some trails (Kasprowy, Nosal), view on Giewont from the pool. Pool is indeed small but outside of season it wasn’t crowded at all (can’t imagine summer holidays though, with bunch of kids running around).

I reserved 4 rooms to accommodate 8 of us. The rooms were next to each other and were fabulous. The rooms were quiet and my balcony was awesome! We loved the outside Jacuzzi. The breakfast was amazing as well as the service. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Of note, If you call the spa or restaurant and they don’t pick up, they will follow up with a phone call a few minutes later. So don’t worry…they will get back to ya.
