Arturo was an attentive, friendly host who was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The property was tidy and clean and set in a peaceful, panoramic location with views over the city and river. Comfortable bedrooms and sitting room with all that is required for a relaxing visit. We made good use of the Nespresso machine in the kitchen! At the bottom of the hill there is a bar-restaurant serving delicious food and an Eroski supermarket both within 20mins walk. One of the most important features of our stay was that the property was pet friendly so we could have our dogs with us.

Since hotels in Bilbao are slightly expensive, this flat is really a good deal:) And it’s only 2 minute walk from the Santutxu station’s entrance and the apartment is equipped with an elevator, so the access is easy even for family with small children and strollers. The place itself is quirky and fun, however it does feel like a hostel rather than hotel. I believe this is fair considering their price point.
