Lakefront living at it's finest! This beautiful home is located on Lake Madeline with over 110ft of waterfront access! You will find an elegant living room with a brick fireplace, an open kitchen with breakfast bar, views of the water and your oversized master retreat. Multiple accesses to the amazing backyard complete with a boat lift, rooftop deck and plenty of other deck space for entertaining. So close to the beach but yet a peaceful oasis, Don't miss this amazing home, see for yourself!! :) The fishing from the backyard, dock, or raised upper deck is a fisherman's dream. Minutes walking or seconds driving to the seawall and the Galveston beaches !!! So close to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Water Park right outside the entrance of the subdivision. Pets are 100 percent welcome here and during your stay though there is a 25 dollar per night pet fee plus applicable taxes that would be collected / requested if not confirmed during your booking. Very quite, one entry and exit Lake View on the water property with close access to Moody Gardens, the Galveston beaches, as well as Schlitterbahn Water Park for all the fun of family and friends !!! Galveston Restaurants and night life is just a short drive away !! All the modern conveniences are available at this home from Instacart for easy food delivery restocking, Uber, Lyft for those days and nights you don't want to drive and a short walk to the water park and Moody Gardens !!
