Room were very nice and clean, I choose to upgrade to a suite room with a seperate living area and it was a great choice! My husband was so happy with being able to watch his sports on his own tv while I sat in the other room on the sofa watching young sheldon haha. The front desk person that checked me in caught me off guard after a long drive I was happy how accomdating there were. Laundry facility was on site so I was able to take care of my laundry from our 2 week road trip to continue on forward. Will have to come back on the way back!

The location of the hotel was perfect for touring the city. Being across from the Visitor Center and the bus line was wonderful. The room was a nice size and was very clean. The staff, especially Stacy, was very professional , personable and offered any assistance as to the availability of eateries and things to do.

The staff was wonderful and welcoming. They were extremely attentive to my families needs during out stay. Breakfast was amazing, especially the pancake machine. The choices were perfect.

Unfortunately, they were painting the hotel, sometimes noisybut not too bad. And some issues came up with our AC unit reading Error. But the maintenance crew was able to resolve issue.

Clean and modern for a cheap rate in downtown Louisville. Breakfast was typical but decent.

Parking is in a deck next door (not owned by hotel). The process was simple and the rate was reasonable for a downtown area. However, the deck did not have elevators and the stairwell closest to the hotel reeked of body odor, urine and and tobacco spit from whoever had been or was using it as a shelter.

The staff are all rude and don't treat people nicely when I got into my room the bathroom was filthy there was blood all over the bathroom wall and the toilet was full of urine the tub was absolutely disgusting then once I went to lay down in the bed I found a full dirty needle on the floor I myself had gone to the store and bought bleach to clean the room myself I told the front desk about it and they did nothing but put me on the do not rent list because I said something about what I found

They didn’t give us our river view room on checkin. Instead gave us a bigger non view room. We had to go back down to get the room per our reservation. Pillows were terrible.

overall cleanliness of multiple rooms, our first room was unacceptable, the staff was very nice and moved us to another room, however it too had some serious issues for us. visible stains on the bedspread almost made us leave. We removed the bedspread and did not use it. The bathroom mirror had stains and what appeared to be dirt.
