A few stairs to reach the room.

Close to the centre of Lille and close to both rail stations and hire car depots. Had all of the facilities we needed with a good kitchen area and large bathroom.

My only issue was that there was no toilet paper in the women's restroom (this was in the morning) so I had to borrow some from the men's.

I loved how comfortable the bed was and how much privacy I could get considering it was a shared room. The location pleased me the most because it was close to everything, so exactly what I needed.

A set of toiletries was not provided but there was a body wash dispenser in the shower.

Beds very comfortable and the room was quite spacious. Bathroom was good enough and clean. Location is good too, a five minutes walk from the central square

Need more ventilation for basement hostel dorm rooms

Great location, next to train station and restaurants Clean rooms, friendly staffs, got everything I need. The hostel dorms are in basement, no ventilation at all, kind of smelly (like someone was vomit few days ago) and humid. But the bed linens were clean and crispy, mattress was comfortable.

The hotel is difficult to access by car but the parking garage is convenient. The area is less than celubrius but we enjoyed watching the comings and goings of the adult club across the road and even watched a drug deal go down :)

Calm and Apart is in the centre of Lille and this makes it accessible to the station and to the main tourist aeas. It is basic but comfortable and the staff are helpful. The provide convenient parking nearby.

All noises from outside could be heard in the room

The beds are comfy and dont make lots of noise, the lockers are spacious, the toilets have shower rooms with separate sinks which i havent come across often but it was very convenient

It has some permanent dwellers that, while well behaved, change the dynamics of the small hostel section, so no social vibe. Some noise in the early morning due to street windows, bring earplugs if you're susceptible. Bathroom and showers are outside of the rooms and through the kitchen/living room, so you need to cross three doors to go.

The bed pods are the best I've seen in any hostel, with two lights, three electricity sockets and two USB ones. The showers are really good. The kitchen was spotless. Location is unbeatable.

The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. It’s a non smoking hotel, can’t blame the staff for that but yeah maybe some air freshener or something would be nice. The area had some “characters” but same sort of people you see hanging around a major train station in Europe

Pretty clean, staff were nice. Good location just round the corner from Lille station. Really good facilities. Overall would recommend.

Room was so small. The pods are great idea but they left very little room to move. Too many pods in one room.

The street next to the bedroom was busy and noisy. You should bring your own earbuds.

The hostel close its door at 10pm so most of people who chose to stay here are calm just like the name of the hostel.

Nothing really, the bathroom was starting to look a little tired but it was fine, and again very clean.

The rooms were extremely clean and well equipped, with everything that you could need. The location was perfect, right in the centre, there is a little noise from the street below but it is a city so it’s to be expected. Overall amazing value for money
