We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location, value for money for a stopover. Rooms are all the same with this chain clean and tidy. Breakfast was 6.50 not as Booking.com stated at 5.0 and was pretty useless. Not worth paying for with a cafe nearby offering croissants hot drink jam and butter at 3.50 euros.

United KingdomThe receptionist on check in didn't seem to want to be able to help us. We don't have very good French but she didn't really want to try when we were going to Google translate to help. Didn't explain about breakfast or anything, were left guessing at where that would be in the morning. We didn't realise there would be no kettle, we have a baby who is formula fed & because of how the receptionist was, we didn't feel like we could ask about boiling water facilities. Ended up driving to McDonald's to get some then bought a cheap kettle for the overnight stay on our way home

The receptionist at check in on this day was incredibly friendly & understanding as we didn't speak very good French. She explained where breakfast was & the timings etc. She was very helpful.

Staff very helpful! Spacious free car park. Ideal for Le Mans 24hr circuit and The University. Bakery, Tskeaways/restaurants 2min walk- perfect. Volcano Pizza -superb.
