The room was cold had a very funny smell and the bed was very uncomfortable. The show was tiny and not very clean. No staff around anywhere.

The room. The beds the cleaness. The staff especially the girl who was on duty when we arrived. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting. Especially to paying customers..

Leaving the next morning, when we arrived the girl on reception was very very abrupt. If you don’t speak French don’t bother going.

Lady in morning had cleared and cleaned the breakfast room she actually must have done it before 9.30 Because I came down at 9.25 to find nothing and no staff because she was in the kitchen putting everything away I asked her where buffet breakfast was she just looked at me and pointed to 1 pastry which was stale and shoved in a bread basket with some stale broken bread She had even put chairs on the tables I had driven for 9 hours the day before and was so looking forward to breakfast the night staff told me breakfast was till 10 am i found cornflakes no milk I asked for milk and brought me that no spoon asked her for a spoon she pointed at the teaspoon by coffee machine I had to struggle with a tiny teaspoon I asked where the toaster was she ignored me and I asked her again she had packed it away terrible service

Everything very tired and shabby. Although the sheets were clean they were threadbare and the covers were grubby and looked like they hadn’t been washed for some time.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in all areas, there was nothing we didn't like.

The staff were friendly and helpful, they were superb, we had an emergency in the middle of the night with our elderly dog and nothing was too much trouble

I had two rooms booked on one reservation number. I arrived after midnight and had to use the automatic key dispenser by the car park gate.. After entering the reservation details it said that I had been allocated room 121 and dispensed one key. No other room number shown on the screen despite me entering my details multiple times. Tried calling the hotel number but only answer phone. Then had to find another room in Le Mans for my friend. This I managed to get him into the Apart hotel in Central le Mans and drive him there. It was after 3am before I returned to the Premier Classe. Explained everything at reception in the morning and was given a receipt for the one room. Checked my bank details the day after and the full amount for two rooms had been taken out. Very unimpressed 😒

Receptionist so rude told me in english she only spoke french when i asked her about where to park car. No towels in room. Charged for parking when suppose to be free. Receptionist needs to find job she likes will be making complaint. So rude. Also hotel closes so waited outside for hour till 4 to check in.

We had to wait for hotel to be opened at 4pm and we needed the bathroom..the drink machine was broken and reception staff not very approachable or friendly and cleaning was still being carried out (vacuuming).

The receptionist was so incredibly rude upon our arrival because I don’t speak fluent French! I was disgusted by her attitude and we will never stay at this hotel because of this. It made us feel very uncomfortable.

The rooms were small but good that the children don’t have to share a bed. Clean and convenient as a stop over.

Receptionist was rude and could see we did not understand what she was saying so just kept repeating in French and left us with know idea of room numbers. She wouldn’t even write them down when we point at the pen and paper in front of her.

Receptionist made no attempt to help when we clearly didn’t understand what she said, she just gave out the room cards and would not even repeat what she said so we had to find the rooms ourselves. This didn’t only happen to us as all our rooms had people trying the door or knocking to see if anyone was inside.

Staff were extremely rude. Woman on the front desk spoke english with my partner but refused to speak English with me. The rooms were dated and unclean, extremely loud and the bathroom is a coffin. ‘Breakfast’ was an overstatement.

The bathroom did not smell good. The cleaners knocked on our door at 9:30am and woke us up. The pillows were terrible.
