The location was kind of a challenge.

Everything was good specially the staff. I would like to appreciate the great support was had from ALICE. She was the best and made everything easy for us.

The accomodations were comfortable and clean. The staff were professional and courteous and the breakfast was abundant and satisfying. The servers were extremly nice, helpful and friendly. It has a shuttle for the airport, which was extremely important for me.

Started doing building work in the lift vestibule on the third floor 3 days before our departure. No mention this when booking or on arrival . Had to negotiate breeze blocks,rolled up carpet and a variety of snaking cables. Very poor on health and safety,no signage to warn you of the danger which my wife found very difficult due to her restricted vision. No full length mirror in the room .

Friendliness of all the staff . Nice reception and pool area . Room and bed very comfortable with updated bathroom and wardrobes . Good food in restaurant perhaps could have done with a few more choices when staying 7 nights. Bar drinks a bit pricey but good hand poured measures. Very well situated between Verona and Lake Garda on the main motorway between Venice and Milan not far from airport runway. (good sound proofing ) Very good courtesy mini bus which has to be pre booked. Taxi cost €22 from taxi rank near the arena back to hotel late night.

A big construction project at the rear of the pool area proved to be noisy during the day.

The bedroom was spacious, modern well equipped and very comfortable. The pool area is lovely.

Reception staff was excellent. They helped us a lot when we came without our luggage wich airlinecompany did lost somewhere between münchen and verona. Restaurant was good and they had excellent list of wines. Hotel has own free shuttlebus to/from Verona and to/from airport.

The bathtub was a bit outdated and the water wasn't going through fast. The restaurant (for lunch and dinner) doesn't offer any vegan options or options that are easy to modify into a vegan option.

Very nice indoor and outdoor pool. The staff is very friendly. The location is great if you want to be near airport of an early departure or late arrival. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Hotel is very isolated with not much in close proximity. We used the shuttle bus to Verona and to the airport. Restricted times for Verona but airport run was open to suit our needs- but make sure you book this. Hotel is not pretty from the outside but inside is very good. Shame spa was not open but this was as advertised.

Breakfast was very good. Limited evening meal choices for more than one night and quite expensive. Food was good and service very good.

it’s not the prettiest of hotels but it really was comfortable, friendly, clean and had really everything you needed, even though it was about 20mins out of verona, there is a shuttle from the hotel. the pool is lush (both in-and outdoor). the staff are super friendly and we got a welcome drink on arrival which was super cool.

The approach from the hotel to the pool should be cleaner. The food choice was the same every day and not very varied. The spa is out of order. Room furniture and bathroom need full renovation. The Internet connection in the room was a disaster. Something you don't expect in modern times in the EU.

The pool is really ok. Breakfast was good ( not very good). All staff members were really kind, polite and professional. Parking is ok.

Nothing. My only negative was that the carpet in the corridor leading to the room was tired and could do with a professional clean. In contrast, the public areas downstairs were immaculate and tasteful. I wish I could have stayed a few nights and relaxed in the garden with its warm pool. I didn't use the indoor pool nor the gym. It is 7km from the centre of Verona and my taxi back at 1030pm was 25 euros. (The last shuttle was 730pm.)

Friendly and efficient staff at check in. The room was spacious and clean. There was a pair of slippers, a towels, and spa robe to wear for the pool at no extra charge, although there was a card that said there was a small charge. The pool area is lovely. The shuttle was arranged for me to get at 7pm and take me to Verona centre. Another shuttle was booked to drop me at the airport after a nice breakfast the following morning. I think this hotel is extremely good value for money.

Not much,

The spa was splendid, with sauna, spa and heated pool, the Gym was a little dated and small on space, but still got a workout done which was needed during the stay, Breakfast’s were filling with a good selection. I would definitely go back to stay here. The staff were exceptional
