Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfy. Even though we were on the ground floor, the room was quiet. We included breakfast and it was hot, fresh and cooked to order. If you are going to Disneyland, Hotel Lulu is only a short walk to the gates. Very conveniently located. I really liked the mid-century modern vibe.

The house was a great size for our family and we loved having a pool for the little kids. There were plenty of bathrooms and even a bathroom outside by the pool. We loved opening up the big door in the living room and having it open up to the pool area.

The couches in the living room need to be replaced and people walked all over the area rug in the living room with their dirty shoes. The place is obviously a rental and with that comes wear and tear. It just seemed that it was to the point where some things needed to be replaced. It didn't ruin our stay. The pool also looks much bigger in the photos. My kids are little so it was perfect for them, but no way we could all fit in the pool.

Loved the balcony and the sound of the river! Also the touches in the room like the wood and the great smoky mountains sign above the desk, the carved wooden bears throughout the property were wonderful!

In summary, we booked and paid for two nights and only stayed one. Forfeited payment for the second night as we were anxious to leave We booked a 3rd floor room "with bath", unaware that the bath was on the 2nd floor. We were given an alternate room for one night - old-fashioned double bed, room crowded with furniture. The hotel advertises parking available, but the parking is on the crowded streets of the urban Seattle neighborhood. We had to park our rental car about 4 blocks away. Breakfast was a loaf of white bread on the kitchen table and a box of granola. Yogurt and coffee we're also available. I have to admit I don't understand all the high ratings. Yes, the house is charming. Frankly, the hosts were rather condescending and not at all concerned that we did not stay the second night.
