“The room was basic, it had no washroom facilities, but that is clear before arriving so no issues there. The washing facilities were clean and tidy and as good as any on-site camping facilities. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. My suitcase was delayed on route by airline, and arrived at HTR - the staff were on hand to receive the suitcase and bring it to my room. Really appreciative of that.”
