    TV channels were very limited.

.The size of the room was great. Plenty of space, nice tub. Central location to great sightseeing. Next time we'll bring our shihtzhu because it was pet friendly.

The homeless people going through the garbage cans at any time. The amount of truckers parked on the side street. The amount of people living in RVs on the side street. Once checked in and signed for the room we were informed we would not have daily housekeeping, we should have been notified prior to our arrival.

Location on 101 was convenient. Breakfast variety was wonderful. Parking was available.

The location was not good - many homeless in the vicinity. It is close to a strip mall and I didn't feel safe doing the coastal trail. The hotel is some distance south of the nice part of the city - ie. where the Victorian houses are.

There was an elevator and a small patio with a partial view of the Bay. The breakfast was good. There is a pool and hot tub that we didn't use. There is a pond with koi fish. We got 10% off the nearby steak restaurant.

Very old hotel and too pricey. The fan in the bathroom was noisy when we turn on the switch.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very courteous. Location was not bad. I like that they had a microwave and a bigger fridge in our room.

The breakfast selection was very limited and still strict COVID rules in place on food handling. Our toilet also clogged as we were preparing to leave.

A decent size room, great having a separate bedroom so we could comfortably fit a family of 5. Nice to have a choice of two pools though one was very cold even mid-summer!

The interior of our room was dark and dreary. Insufficient lighting in the ceiling, plus the lights have a yellow glow making the room feel like a dungeon. Having poor lighting, yellow tone lampshades, and dark brown curtains does not work in this first floor room. The room was spacious, but felt dated probably due to the darker paint on the walls and insufficient lighting. The interior decor should be beachy, nautical, light and airy to celebrate the water views nearby, beach and outdoors. Best wishes!

Fabulous location, because the Bay is a block walk away, and there are two great restaurants within a short walk. Plus both restaurants offered 10% discount to people staying here. Very nice lobby, good coffee, friendly and helpful staff, beautifully maintained building exterior and grounds. Great refrigerator with small freezer is very handy. Two tables to sit and use were helpful. And grateful that there were many pet friendly rooms.

We booked our stay based on the jet bath tub and several of the jets didn’t work. Also, the breakfast bar was practically empty and my daughter and I got a bagel the first day and very watery scrambled eggs the next day.

Beautiful area and very convenient. Loved how quiet it was and how easy it was to get the the places we were there to explore. Also great communication when I reached out advising that is was our first time in the area.

Covid rules around the breakfast and pool were a bit awkward.

Hotel is in a great location near the water and close to a wide open park. Good breakfast offering and our suite was more than big enough for the 6 of us to spread out. It is a short walk to a couple of good restaurants and the mall.
