We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We had stayed there several weeks ago and liked it. We returned because it is a good value and the staff went out of their way to switch our room because of the loud motorcycles that was there for bike week. All the staff were friendly and talked to us daily. It’s not a fancy resort, but it’s a nice clean and comfortable hotel to stay. Will definitely stay there again.

United States of AmericaOur room was located in the annex building, which was located about 200 yds away which was not ideal, but OK. They had square pillows which were small and uncomfortable. Shower has been updated with a small glass wall but water kept getting all over the floor and the water was not hot at all for showers. Breakfast was ok with a good variety but staff were inattentive . I had to ask for 4 things to be refilled and watched the young lady just talking to other co workers while all of this going on. At check out turned in my keys she asked what room number but that was it.
Good location right on the beach.

United States of AmericaAnytime you have a family vacation spot by the ocean, it may get a little soggy. The halls could use some updating, but for our unfussy needs, we were delighted to have an ocean view!
This place needs a little updating for sure, but the room was SO CLEAN and tidy, the view was just what my soul needed and the beach was beautiful. Loved the little tiki bar, the pool and surroundings looked clean, the front desk ladies were super nice and friendly. The price was right, but the small balcony that faced the ocean: Priceless!

The eggs had peppers and onions in them. I think that should have been an option but the rest ok. Some of the things in the room were outdated but it was clean and for the price it was good.

United States of AmericaTHE PARKING!!!! The parking lot was across the street, which was ok... But the spaces were very close together and they didnt have a lot of them. We could find room every time we needed. To sum it all up, for the price, it was very well worth the cost. The owners ate making improvements. They are trying to make the place even better. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, keep looking. With that said, if you are looking for a neat experience right on the Ocean, a place to make memories with your children that last a lifetime... Without robbing their college fund... Give these guys a call. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, friendly staff. I had a great experience overall.
The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean. The view of the ocean was outstandingly beautiful. The price was the same as staying at a regular hotel closer inland.they had a decent hot breakfast. Only bad part was there weren't enough tables to sit to eat there. We had to take our food upstairs. Still... Not a bad thing, there were several tables to sit at, but so many people came down to eat at the same time. They are in the process of updating the rooms. Ours seemed to have newer carpet. The Towers, the next building over seemed much newer and most likely more up to date.

United States of AmericaOnly slight bummer was washing machine was out in next door tower building (where our room was), so had to go to main building for washer that worked.
Front desk rep Tammy was exceptional! As was Jamie (or Janie?) Such a great help with any issues we had, and genuine care/concern. Their customer service is top notch! Our room was clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was great, alot of options and staff ready to help. Pools were open. Would def stay here again, as it was me and my 2 school age sons here for the first time.
