The smell of the room was that of a wet dog. There was a smelly, sticky substance on the tv remote, there was chewed gum stuck to the bathroom door, staff was rather unfriendly.

It’s not fit for this area …meaning it could be cleaner …in the gym only two machines work …the rooms are old looking …they have all types of drug users stying in the hotel ….the computers freeze …it took 45 mins to get checked in my first night …this hotel don’t belong in this nice area …

The shower handle had water flowing into the wall. The heater made all kinds of noises during the night and woke me a number of times times.

This hotel does not have airport transportation, we selected this property because everywhere on the Internet indicated they do provide airport transportation. This was a major disappointment. we’ve been confirmed directly through the booking engine the hotel provided airport transportation, which was confirmed as a yes. The staff was not at the front desk when we arrived at 2 PM, one hour before check-in. We had to wait until 3 o’clock and furthermore checked us into a room which was occupied. The hotel has a very low quality clientele, and is very scuffed on the walls inside and outside the rooms.

The fire alarm went off at 1:30am when I had to be at the airport at 4am, there was a guest who was berating the kind front desk staff with racist slurs and language as we were evacuating the building and we felt extremely uncomfortable that guest was on the property because of his aggressive and truly disgusting behavior towards the front desk staff. There was a staff member there from corporate when we evacuated and while we were re-entering the building she was actively engaging in arguing with an unhappy guest. She was less than apologetic that we had to evacuate in the middle of the night but the front desk staff was extremely apologetic and kind. Our room was okay for the purpose we needed it for - a bed and roof over our heads for a night before my flight so I didn’t have to drive an hour and a half to the airport for 4am. Other than that it was not comfortable, the television was extremely outdated, light switches and electric plugs were functional but plugs were loose and lighting was minimal. I would not stay here again as I generally didn’t feel safe. There were people parked in cars sitting outside the side of the hotel for long periods of time which made me concerned that there may be some criminal behavior happening in the parking lot. I just got an overall feeling that this wasn’t the safest, most secure place to be staying.

The room was dirty. Dishes placed in drawer were filthy. There were cobwebs on the wall in the bathroom, dust on top of the hairdryer, and hair stuck to the pipe under the sink.

The hotel couldn’t find our second room reservation and we had to purchase another room on site. There was no shampoo in the dispenser. The heater was as loud as a Mac truck
