Teeny room worked but would be nice to have a counter of some sort.

The bathroom could use some love (clean, but a bit of wear and tear), and we couldn't figure out how to turn off (or control) the fire/temperature.

Room was clean and comfortable, with a gas fire that felt very cozy on a cold night. Great location to stay in Mammoth, or as a stopover to/from Yosemite. Contactless check-in and out, with quiet time after 2200.

The bathroom could do with modernising, we had a leak in the toilet.

Location was perfect for us, on a back road behind the main street, but that was ok for us.

Everything was clean, but some things felt a little worn or old. This isn’t really much of a complaint, especially for the price. The place felt clean and tidy, but would benefit from a light renovation. Coat of paint, replace/refinish some furniture and fixtures, small stuff.

Excellent value, clean room, very friendly staff, cozy lobby area, included breakfast, great location near restaurants and cafe. Comfortable bed. A nice, privately owned hotel. Not a luxury experience, but a very solid option for travelers on a budget. Also, I loved the old school Mario Lanza era music playing at breakfast.

A little noisy in the morning as the reception/breakfast room was under our room.

Fantastic location, really quaint and cosy. Lovely, helpful staff and great breakfast. We had a family room, which had 2 double beds and large bunk beds.

Great location. Yosemite access was unfortunately closed, but staff gave us some great places to go and explore. Such a beautiful area. The provided breakfast was simple, but great. It made it super convenient for my family.

Staff is very kind and friendly! She recommended the restaurant matched my request near this facility, and also the route I should visit on the way to Lake Tahoe. It was amazing!!!!

The rooms were small for a family of four, there was no AC - my fault I didn’t realise but it was warm. There is a fridge but no kettle, however coffee is available in the lobby until 6.30 The lady Lannie who runs it is so nice and helpful.

The property is cute and well located. Rooms clean but a little on the small side.

Our particular room had a thin party wall which meant we needed to be really quiet later in the evening, although as with all guests, she was very nice about it!

Best host ever! We all loved Lannnie! She was the nicest, most helpful host anywhere on our road trip and possibly anywhere we have stayed. We got great suggestions for places to eat, visit and stay next - all of which were ideal. Other guests seemed notably nice too something about the area or our hosts influence. Room was big comfortable and everything worked.

Very delicious home made banana pancakes were offered at breakfast - best I have ever tried! Very friendly staff. Can highly recommend staying here. Very comfortable and idyllic.

Nothing. it is not 5 star by any means but it is what it is.

Simple old school accommodations. Pleasant, caring staff. Breakfast room opened early for coffee, and breakfast was good.
