You can hear everything from the highway. Maybe soundproof the windows to limit the noise. Also, people staying next to us & above us were very noisy.

One of the pillow cases was dirty, and the floor looked like it needed to be vacuumed.

The breakfast was better than most motels I've stayed at. The staff were very polite and the pool was great.

More modern rooms. The room had a musty smell and the floor was sticky.

The pool was very clean. Location for my reasoning being there was good. Breakfast was ok. Would like to have fresh fruit as a choice and maybe a granola bar.

My sink had a very slow drain. The refrigerator did not work and the thermostat on the heat did not work. Pilows need a few firmer then then what it was.

The rooms facing the highway are loud (windows not thick enough to block out truck traffic)

The doors on both ends of the hotel did not allow you to re-enter, so you either had to take someone to let you in or walk around to the main entrance. Nbd though.

Check in was quick, the room was as expected. I really appreciated the pull out couch as we went with our 4 little kids. Breakfast was great- good selection and spread out so it wasnt like a long line. The pool was a nice temperature and depth- the kids had a great time!

I was positive. I had reserved a room with two beds. However, there was only one bed and a fold out sofa bed.

The only breakfast I observed was coffee and cold cereal. I had assumed there would be a continental breakfast with possibly muffins or eggs and toast, and juice.

The shower was broke in the first room we were in, so they switched rooms. Found spiders living in the towels. Bathroom too small.

I didn't like going to the lobby and sticking to the floor. The gentleman running lobby didn't even try to clean it, I came in really late and it wasn't busy. I didn't like that the first day at breakfast they had no juice in the machine. One woman was running back and forth filling up stuff, another woman was just standing watching and wasn't very personable. She seemed to act like we were bothering her. The kids went to get drink in lobby later and the next gentleman that was on ran and took juice out the machine so they couldn't get any. Most places that have coffee and juice stations keep them going for the guest which is very nice. I cleaned my room and got towels when I needed them. Put do not disturb sign up on my door and the housekeeping still came in our room.

I did like the size of the room. It did have a hard mattress. One woman who was bringing out the food at breakfast very nice.

My room obviously hadn't been vacuumed in a while, white scraps (shredded tissue or something?) on the carpet in different areas that made me wonder how well the room had actually been cleaned in other ways.

Location and price were very good, staff was friendly and helpful.

The only issue was the double beds. I prefer Queen beds but there was a sofa bed, which was great. At some point, my husband fell off the bed. It's just not big enough for 2 adults, but you can definitely make it work for a few nights. My only suggestion would be to invest in another waffle machine. My kids were waiting to make their waffles for some time. I don't know what it is about vacations and having fresh waffles! LOL.

The breakfast surprised me. It was a great selection! One of the best hotels that I've stayed in with my family for the price and amenities. The indoor pool was a big plus! And only about 15 minutes away from Hershey Park. The staff was very friendly; especially the front desk.

The toilet was not working properly in our room. Staff came up and looked at it the first night and said it was good, but it was still not flushing properly.

Continental breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed the pool.

I make the reservation and when I I'm at the hotel they say doesn't have the room I reservation after 15 min they give me the room..... next day I treat to take a shower no hot water 😩
