The manager at the front desk. The girl who checked me in was very sweet. But I had a 2nd reservation for Sunday. When I was checking out of one reservation to setting the other, the manager saw my license still had a local address. I had moved in March and have not changed my DL yet. The manager stated that their policy is thst locals cannot stay at the motel due to crime, drugs, partying, etc. I explained I wasn't local ...that I had moved. His statement to me was..."If I had checked you in and saw your license, I would have sent you down the road. The girl who checked you in will be written up.". I explai Ed I was there for a memorial service. He really didn't care and even mentioned calling police since my debit card address and DL didn't match. I offered my auto registration as proof that the debit card wasn't stolen. He also as usual made a copy of my license, believe he also made a copy of my debit card. When I checked out I asked the clerk to see my file...he refused and said I would need to come back when the manager was there. I was leaving and could t come back. I will not be staying at this location again. The accusations were uncalled for.

The price was good as well as the location. The breakfast was okay as well.

Not all of the outlets in the room worked. There was a nice lamp but it was plugged into an outlet that did not work. There should have been a solid plate over the outlet to protect guests. Bathroom in cafeteria was out of service. Other guests were complaining as well by not having a working toilet in the cafeteria. There should have been some sort of fruit served for breakfast. There needs to be more seating for people eating breakfast.

WE appreciated having an exterior elevator take us to the 4th floor.

Water pressure in shower was awful. Carpet needed repair at seam going from sleep area into the bathroom. Just not real mpressed with room for the proce. We only stayed one night. Would have been more unhappy if it had been a longer stay.

Room stunk. Odor was very bad. Carpet felt nappy, dirty when walking barefoot. Not terrible just paid a lot more for what I did get than expected Dissappointed

Staff were very nice & very helpful with getting our long rig parked for easier departure.

This place is in need of repairs. Chairs on the balcony were in bad condition, torn, and holes. The couch in the room need to be thrown away. The balcony door had no lock.

There was no roaches and bed bugs.

the pool was dirty the 2 days we were there, it had grass ,leaves and other stuff floating in it. The carpet in the bathroom doorway was raveling to were you could see the tack strip under it.

the bed was king size and pretty comfortable. The room was clean and we had plenty of room.

Bath room had mold on celling. Bath fan didn't work The bathroom heater was faulty. Smoked us out the room. Spider webs in room above door. .

Being an accessible room the shower was too low. I called to change the room and thought it was changed.

It could have been cleaner overall. The bathtub was stained and looked dirty. The room had a old musky dirty smell. We were right in front of the elevator and was not able to sleep without being woke up all night long.

It was affordable and easy to access from the main Highway. The housekeepers were so nice and helpful.

The king size room we stayed in smelled as if it had been closed up for some time. It smelled musty and the shower curtain smelled bad too. Poor water pressure in the shower

The front desk person at check in wasn’t friendly at all, the first night or second. He/She definitely doesn’t enjoy their job!! other than that we definitely enjoyed our time!!

it is a little outdated. looked like they had been working on our room patches off mud without paint on the drywall. tub could have used a really good cleaning and the drain in the tub was little slow.says they are a washer and dryer on property but they are both broke.

had a decent breakfast for the price. really comfortable bed. didn’t swim any but the pool looked nice. the staff were very friendly and helpful.our refrigerator was out when we got their and within 30 mins they were bringing us a new one..

The size for our party was too small. Too much domestic violence and people who live there that were just not clean and safe looking for family

To many things seemed dirty or broke down. Pets on all floors. Should pick one floor for pets. Wouldn't hurt to use clorox on the dingy and dirty looking linen, had to have them changed, water in commode constantly ran, light switches in bathroom half worked, needed a stool to get in high beds. TV control didn't work had to get batteries and it still didn't work correctly. Ironing board cover most hideous I've seen.

Friendly staff, did all they could to make room comfortable. No complaints on that.

Fine for staying one night, but wouldn't want to stay multiple nights. Rooms and facilities need majorly updated. Location isn't the greatest.
