-breakfast bad, when order American breakfast, order came without bacon. Then they just replace with bacon on the buffet table cold and stale. -water leak in the shower, but too late for maintenance staff to fix after 9:30 pm, the shower handle is broken when check in. -double charge on my two different credit cards, they said it will be refunded in 4- 5 days for the double charge

First room: key worked ONCE, room phone was dead so had to walk to front desk to get another room; they did send prompt engineer to check lock, & moved us easily. 2nd room had 2" diameter chip in tile, and thermostat display promptly went dead so no heat/AC (didn't want someone coming in the room when we got back late). They sent a blanket tho. I do doubt the shower/bath amenity bottles are still actually filled with "Crabtree & Evelyn" anymore; didn't feel like quality shampoo/conditioner, and C&E makes nicer stuff. Bed was pretty decent but not fantastic; lots of pillows though. Couch was cheap foam cushions. Coffee maker was clunky, broken lid, took it into bathroom to plug in easily. Staff friendliness & service helps make up for less-than-perfect issues. Not sure why maids don't think to turn off alarm set by previous occupant (luckily we caught it and shut off the 5:45 alarm).

Pool & jacuzzi were nice tho jacuzzi water was a bit cloudy. Room towels were good size & not very scratchy. Room was pretty nice, overall. They have separate pool towels.

The hot tub wasn't working on Monday night. We really wanted to enjoy the hot tub and was disappointed that ot wasn't heated at all.

It was a beautiful property and the front desk employees were very kind. Parking spots were easy to find. We also enjoyed the area and found a lot of restaurants nearby.

The beds were hard. I didnt like that I had to ask for service when needed I like when theres housekeeping provided everyday. The bar was not stocked. Kitchen was backed up on Tuesday night.

The front desk staff was attentive, the waitress for the breakfast buffet was very nice, the pool was big, and the firepit area was a nice hangout spot.

Housekeeping was not thorough with cleaning and inspecting rooms before checking into room. Found previous tenants personal garments under the edge of the bed. Kids yelling all over the place

we ran out of toilet paper. it look like it had been used already and also the shampoos the conditioner was gone.

I didn’t like that we had to pay 20 bucks per night, per vehicle. We drove 2 cars because my car was loaded with equipment which meant the kiddos had to drive with Mom. I think something like parking should be included if you’re staying at the hotel. The restaurant (Mosaic) definitely needs some attention though. We ate there twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. Both times we were seated without place settings so when the food came we had to wait for them to go a grab silverware. Waiting…we did a lot of waiting for breakfast the morning we checked out. I don’t know if they were short staffed or what but it seemed like everything took a little longer than it should. A couple of times I had to get something like the salt shaker from another table or the sugar packets for my coffee…simple things like that. I think if they made some improvements with the restaurant as well as free parking, this place would be perfect.

the property itself was very nice. had an issue at the beginning where the AC in the room froze up (not sure what that’s about) but regardless, maintenance came right away and resolved the issue. we also needed some extra bedding since we are a family of five and they don’t have cots, but again, they came about 10 minutes after we got to our room with a bunch of extra comforters, blankets and pillows. oh and the warm cookies were a very nice touch and a home run with the kiddos.

We encountered one of your staff in the elevator carrying big cart or something.He is so serious,We said Hi and nothing after. And instead of allowing us to get through the elevator first, he didn’t. I am just surprise bec i also work in Customer related industry(Sales) And as a Salesperson, i always give my clients red carpet treatment.

we requested housekeeping & no one came. you have to pay extra for parking each night at the hotel. our shower constantly ran & they said they would send maintenance to fix it however no one ever came. & the AC unit hardly blew. we all woke up each night sweating. also there was hair all over the shower & even after requesting housekeeping & coming to “clean” there was still hair everywhere. & it wasn’t ours.

Didn't like the extra up charge for parking and early check in. The shower was leaking, the AC unit was loud, and the closet door was broken.

When we arrived we were greeted with chocolate chip cookies. That was a nice surprise. Good location if you have a car. 30 minutes from everything in SD. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and the coffee was good.
