The hotel canceled my stay without explanation. This is part of what the email cancelation said: We hope in the future if your travels bring you back to our area you will      remember the Four Points By Sheraton Harborside.      Sincerely, (Name Removed)     I replied to the email asking why or who canceled my stay and it bounced back undeliverable

Rude service in the dining room from those handling breakfast. Also the food was not good. Being in a room where they are in the middle of a renovation/toxic fumes in the hallway.

One down side was at checkout. My booking came with free breakfast but the receptionist kept insisting it did not .She only conceded when I produced a copy of the booking conformation. In the end she blamed Booking.com. She could of been more helpful .

Facility is getting tired. Our bathroom needed repair. New grout. New door etc. Had to remind staff to clean our room a few times.

We had dinner at the inside bar on Friday night the staff that took care of us were not very nice kind of rude my partner ordered all you can eat fish fry first peice was good second peice came out raw in the inside had to sit and wait for someone to come back to us because they all disappeared he was so upset we got the bill and left

Loved everything. My stay was exceptional.

The room was super clean. The building was clean and well kept. The location was great! The food was excellent and the the staff was attentive. I would like to give a special shout out to the gentlemen who worked the bar/grill inside the Sheraton on the evening of Tuesday 6/14/2022. They were the kindest most accomodating workers I met in a long time. I think their names were Dan and Billy and I apologize if I do not have that right. I have diet restrictions and they went out of the way to review my options so I could make the best choice for my needs. My meal was excellent!!!! Most people do not care enough, but he did and I want to thank him.

TV had no sound called down to the front desk twice never sent anyone up said they would come up. For two people they only put one wash cloth in the bathroom. Rooms were not what I would call clean. We actually checked out a day early. Would have rather stayed home.

Booked Maria view, gave me city view as overbooked. Staff were rude. would only take $6 off the room rate which is much less then the difference paid for the Marina view. Then air conditioning in room was broken so room very stuffy and hot.

The noise from the adjacent traffic on Tamiami Trail continued well into the night. The curtains did not offer much buffer. The room in general was more rundown than I would expect from Sheraton. Parking was very difficult to find. Had to park a block away in open field parking; however, eventually was able tp acquire spot in actual hotel parking. We had 2 expensive bikes on a hitch, and we would have been upset leaving them in an off site parking area.

The location was very convenient to the event we were attending the next day.

PARKING!! It was a nightmare! I am a paying guest and because a band was playing every night the parking lot for guests was crowded and over flowed with non paying hotel guests. I should NOT have had to go to the OVERFLOW parking across the street! Totally unacceptable!

Rooms are too small. one has to request room maid services. TV channels are few. We paid about $300 dollars a day after fees and taxes and still everything about the services are cheap. You can tell the hotel is all about the money and not you. Parking is hard to find because parking for guests is not separated from a public beach club that is part of the hotel.

The for was good and reasonably priced. The staff members are nice and will to help.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and I felt it was priced reasonably. The staff was friendly and helpful! Although we weren't able to use the pool, (too cold outside) we did sit outside and enjoy the sunshine out by the Tiki Hut. We won't hesitate to recommend or stay ourselves at this hotel again!!!
