We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaParking, getting on and off property. Our first night which was a Saturday there was a live band at the Tiki area. There was no parking left open for actual staying guess. We drove around for more than 10 mins. Looking for a place to park and ended up having to park on the grass and mud. Make sure to have enough parking for your guest who are paying to stay there vs people coming to see free music. Also there should really be more than one way in and out.
The location in the water with the lights on the trees was beautiful at night. We spent every night at least taking a small walk or sitting on the benches looking at the water.

The property is near the water and has fantastic views! The Tiki bar and restaurant was a plus because we didn’t have to drive and they offered a great band that night.

United States of AmericaI chose this hotel because it said there was shuttle service to and from the airport. Stopped in a few days before the actual stay to make sure there would be shuttle service in the am to get to the airport for my flight and was told it wouldn't be available. However, waiting in the lobby for my Uber, another customer said they have service and sure enough the shuttle came and took him to the airport. What gives!!! Had to take my rental back the evening before and they said they would pick me up but had to call and still wait!! This is why I am only giving a good review.
