Wi-Fi was trash. Didn’t work on consoles or in our room. Was told to call a tech support number. Being very honest nobody is going to travel and waste time on that..

Pillows were aweful, hard as a rock extremely uncomfortable. Hot tub was not working properly, NO jets just got water. The couch looked dirty and gross, wouldn't want to seat on let alone sleep on.

Location was perfect. The beds were great, very comfortable. Check in was smooth and easy.

The elevator was being worked on and our first room the toilet was clogged upon arrival. However, the front desk lady was nice and quick to get us a different room.

The room was spacious and the pool was open.

The elevator was out and it would have been nice had this been clear when booking. It seemed like it had been out for quite awhile. Not sure if it would have made a difference of me booking there or not but I would have taken it into consideration.

I love the layout of the space and the rooms were clean. It was my second time staying and they have waffles. Both visits were extremely relaxing.

Had a bright light on the backside of the building that illuminated the room even with curtains closed. These lights could easily be on timers after 10:00pm.

Breakfast choices were numerous and great tasting.

We only had a “slight “ problem which was the elevator was broken and there were no rooms on the first floor. We are up there I age and both had knee issues. Having someone there during this time to help with luggage would have been great.

No vanity in bathroom. Only a small shelf. Coffe pot in room was missing pieces. No coffee in lobby at night. Timer for hot tub would not turn on.

The elevator was still broken but I was placed on the first floor and didn’t have to deal with any bulky luggage and stairs.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. He desk check in gentleman even remembered me from the trip a few weeks prior.

The bathroom after I had asked for a handicap bathroom and was confirmed that zi had one; Ai did not! My husband once fell and was tangled on the curtain. I feel that I should have a refund since my petition was not honored even after getting a confirmation.

Went to breakfast at 7:40am and lots of things were gone. Couple of biscuits left which I tried on but it was kind of hard. Won’t prevent me from staying here again but just wanted to let ya know.

Extremely poor lighting! Nearly impossible to get ready for our event. I also was very disappointed when I called the next day after check out to report an item I accidently left behind. I was told it couldn't be found, but this was a pair of expensive shoes which would certainly have been found during cleaning. Very disappointing.

I had trouble checking in. I used booking.com and the hotel wasn’t punching in the correct codes to get payment. it was very late at night and I had to call booking.com to get it cleared up. it took about a half hour. I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep.
