Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The shower water was decently warm but not hot the first day. The second day, it was barely warm. The third day, it was cold. Our room was closest to the road, and the traffic noise was quite loud from mostly semi trucks.
The staff were friendly. Everything was impressively clean and nicely decorated. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. The location was convenient to attractions we were visiting.

The constant noise from trucks at QT across the street.

Stairs were dark which is dangerous and carpeted!
They had a dog enclosure for our dog to take her off leash! This hotel is newly remodeled so everything appeared fairly new! Walk in showers, microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge in room. Nice location for easy on off Hwy 24!

The dog barking next door was annoying for us and especially for the couple between us. The road noise was too much. Trucks all night did not aid in sleep
Hotel was easily accessible and secure. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Don't expect luxury, this is fairly bare bones. It's ok for the price.

Paid for walk-in shower, got one with a tub/shower. Staff has no clue what handicap rooms have walk-in showers. Very disappointing!

Sheets, pillows cases and comforter was dirty. I went down to the front desk to complain about it and the front desk guy name Shamer was like oh it not dirty it stained 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ why make a bed with stain sheets. He was very nice with a big smile and corrected the issue right away

Oh my… the breakfast! It was cold even at 8 AM. The biscuits were cold but could be heated in the microwave. The gravy was cold. Children were grabbing bacon with bare hands (but that is on the parents, not the hotel). The dining space was small. The walk-in shower was narrow and the holder for the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was awkwardly place. Definitely not a deal breaker, just poor design.
It was clean, updated and comfortable. We had a king sized room with lots of space. The entry space between the door and the inside wall was recessed so you could get your luggage in without a struggle. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They have full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower!

Breakfast definitely needs an upgrade. Very few selections, gravy was cold, biscuits were cold, eggs were disgusting and the pancake machine wasn't an option that morning. Pretty lame. The woman working acted like she was unhappy about being there.
Our room was great - dark, quiet, comfortable. The hotel is near decent places to eat, but the list of restaurants we received at check-in needs to be updated, as some of the places are permanently closed.

First room assigned had a broken door handle that was pulled back from door but then duct taped around it. I was instantly assigned a new room upon bringing it to front desk attention. Breakfast is extremely minimal....
