The bathtub in our room started to fill up with water as we took showers, it was draining slow. Sunday morning we woke up to the cleaning crew yelling “cleaning service” and banging on our neighbors door, I get they were making sure no one was in the room before going in but it’s annoying getting woken up that way. The hallways were extremely hot and so was the elevator.

The price and location was great for one night. The room was nice and comfortable.

Surprisingly good for its price. I was expecting breakfast to be coffee and donuts, but they actually had a breakfast with eggs and other stuff.

There were ants in my room, cream for the coffee was a powder instead of liquid.

Breakfast was OK, I would have preferred more options to eat.

Breakfast is terrible, found about 4 roaches in our room. Place smelt like bleach the whole time.

Close to iRide trolley, taxi’s to nearest activities are cheap as it’s close to a lot.

Didn't get enough shampoo but thats small and the only bad thing

The location was really close to universal and they had shuttels. The staff was very nice. They had breakfast, a pool, a gym. The room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave

We arrived at crack of dawn so had to book extra night for early check-in. We were given keys that did not work had to go down the desk twice and then was escorted to room by maintenance just in case. Turns out room had other guests in it and there were no other rooms available so we were put in a room with single bed even though I booked and paid for two beds. I was within my 18 year old son. We were so exhausted as now it was almost 6am that we skept in same bed and in the morning had to go back to the desk to try to get another room with two beds. The were able to change rooms and rest of trip was fine but very rough start.

It’s located right in international drive area and close to Universal Resort and Outlets.

The hotel was just as expected, room with tv, fridge and microwave. Clean, working A/C, and ok beds. The breakfast has everyday eggs, jam, bread, donuts, waffles, yogurt, coffee, milk and cornflakes. Overall it's a good choice for a place to sleep if your want a place close to Universal Orlando.

Honestly, I have no complaints and would highly recommend.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for restaurants and UNIVERSAL.

Could have been cleaner. Crusty stuff on nightstand, lamp base needed cleaning. Tile floor needed sweeping

I think that the whole look needs updating. The hallways, doors, elevators, and even the rooms look like they need some renovating/maintenance. Also, breakfast needs more variety. Some fruit would be nice.

The staff was great, but I guess its greatest value was in its proximity to Universal Studios, which was the reason for our visit.

There was an issue with our original room that we were placed in the plumbing was bad. But, I love that the staff got us into a room right away did not delay and was able to accommodate and make things right.

I had a little problem with my key, and I had to go back to the reception to fix it. Also, the wifi was bad. Other than that, it's pretty good.

Everything was clear, and the room was very nice for the price, and breakfast was included!

The breakfast offered was basic. Not much of a variety and choices and not very appetising.

The rooms were spacious, clean and very cosy. Loved that the served water and coffee throughout the day.
