We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The mirror on the bathroom door cracked on my last night there. Maintance did clean it up. However there was still glass on the bed under the sink by the door.

The hot tub in the pool area was closed/not in working order. The water for the jetted tub in the room came out dirty, even after letting it run for several minutes as instructed.
The room was large and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly. The pool was warm. The gym was adequate.

Room was not clean with goop on fridge and heavy dust on headboard and lamps. Staff did come in and clean again.
Harold at front desk is wonderful. Very nice breakfast.

Your address was not available on my car's GPS. I was told at the desk that this issue has been raised by others who are sent to the wrong place. We called, and were directed to continue four miles beyond the point our GPS identified. Breakfast options were limited, apples not fresh, no cold water pitcher, no non-meat or low sugar options.
Enjoyed visiting the Antiques Marketplace nearby. It is a real find and may be a reason for others. Staff was very friendly.

Not thrilled with room . It was clean but outdated . Whirlpool bath was so small - maybe a child could enjoy a bath in it . Hot breakfast was nothing compared to hot breakfast in other hotels that I’ve stayed at .

There were no fresh towels available at the end of the day- we returned from a day out, not cleaning the room is fine, but not having fresh towels is not. Also we booked this hotel for the indoor pool. We traveled with children and did this incase it rained. It rained and they were painting the floor of the pool so it was unavailable. They should paint overnight or on a week when they have only a few guests.
The breakfast was great to have as part of our room rate. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable.

The property has no elevator. It was not important for us since we stayed on the first floor but it would be inconvenient otherwise.

1. Rooms were clean but not all lobbies 2. If you get a room on the second floor , the only option to carry luggage is through stairs. 3. Rooms need renovation, a lot of amenities have aged out.

Maybe an outside pool?
Breakfast was good, with multiple choices of cereal and juice, and my daughter thought the scrambled eggs were above average for a warming tray. It may seem silly, but had recently been at a more expensive facility where the bed was so close to the wall that I had to crawl in from the bottom. It was nice to have room around the bed.

Height of tub very hard for person w/ disability to entrr/exit and if u get room w/ walking shower the floor becomes a skating rink need rethink floor finishes. U also need up date ur lamp to supply U S B ports which everyone needs pain ass to either move night stands or bed to plug phones or laptop in for charging

I had a great night's sleep in this quiet and clean hotel just off of the NY thruway. They had yogurt, fruit, sausage, and eggs for breakfast in addition to cereal and toast.

Questionable clientele staying at the hotel. in addition we had ants in our room. my daughter woke up to several dead ants in her bed.
