The website is deceptive. It says it has an arcade, and a whirlpool hot tub, and 2 pools. Neither of the two was even there. I specifically checked the hotel before booking. Does not have an arcade. it does not have a hot tub. It does have 2 pools yet couldn't utilize the indoor pool.

its a lot of roaches, so im sure things could be cleaned better and sanitized. some of the staff is polite and some just dont care. one guy pocketed our payment so were charged double. none of the staff the service the rooms can speak or understand any english. lastly they bring their kids to work with them while they are servicing the rooms so the kids wake you up a lot of the time.

dissapointing. It's not breakfast, its a grab bag that is hardly ever out for the guest to grab. i have no problem iy being a grab bag but advertise a grab bag and not brekfast. first of all i dont give my child things that sweet in the morning and only once per day. so we still had to go and get breakfast for my four year old after learning this.

The fact that they advertised breakfast with your stay but when I went for breakfast there was nothing there. The front desk clerk said that they didn't have anything. Dont advertised breakfast if its not available!!

Barking pitbull dog kept waking us up and was out in the hallway laying around with it owners my wife was afraid to leave her room with out me being with her ,then there was the fire alarm that went off two nights red light flashing and the sound was so loud it scared us half to death,not knowing if the hotel was on fire no warning from the front desk, no call saying that it was a false alarm I had to go to the front desk and asked what is going on well it happens again two nights later around 3am in the morning not good. Last day I seen one roach, first floor .

Description claimed a continental breakfast, however it was a honeybun and a Danish with a bottled water in a bag. Now I'm not bashing because I just put them in my bag of munchies, but it's not continental breakfast.

The room was great, beds were comfy and the room was clean. The hallways could use some TLC and overall the hotel could use some sprucing up. But the room I had was great...very clean

Breakfast was a bag of sugar! We ate out each morning! Need to list you serve a continental bag breakfast! Strange Odor was in our first room (employee thought a pet had previously been there!) Remote control did not work. After a change in room: Bathroom tub was not clean!! Towel rack was broken with holes still in the wall. Bathroom sink had no stopper and was filled with crap. Toilet tissue had holes throughout the entire roll (strange!!) Maids on floor bought their entire family (kids) to work with them (must have been bring your children to work day Sunday)

only the location! front desk staff were friendly and worked hard to accommodate but they didn't have much to work with! Hotel in drastic need of renovations!!!

Very filthy, roaches walking through the room door. The indoor pool was not in use, and the water was dirty. The coffee maker in the room was broken. Very uncomfortable hours for breakfast, only 2 hours and very early. We could not have breakfast on any day, then, there is no special location for eating, they just handle the small food on the front counter. The clerks did not care for all the inconveniences and did not offer anything to make the client feel better.

The beds were comfortable.
