It really needs a refresh. Beds were comfy, but linens were obviously well-used (one quilt was actually shredded as if a cat had sharpened its claws on it); shower stall was cracked and had water stains and mold on the grout. TV picture was washed out.

I did not like that the owner manager was never there and left his staff to themselves all the time. There was way more care in his shopping sprees for tv’s and unnecessary things than for the actual building and staff that he was supposed to be managing/owning. It’s sad that the good staff he has there is not being treated with respect and valued for how they’re holding up the place without his help and support. In my management experience if I ran my business like that 90% of staff at least I’m sure will not be happy to help the manager anymore and will leave spitefully and/or angrily. The building itself needs work such as the pool area, the CARPETS need changed they’re gross at this point but staff keeps them as clean as possible, the security system needs work and time put into it for the safety of the guests like my family and for the staff’s safety, touch ups here and there with paint maybe, not new tv’s and ac’s and random things yet. The staff is awesome (besides the owner manager), the place is as clean as possible because of the daily staff, and they always had plenty of supplies (when the owner manager would leave access to them and not move them around).

The GREAT daily staff was informative and helpful even though they were dealing with a difficult situation. There were always clean linens and facilities, and the staff was always willing to be honest and helpful.

It was a late check in (10pm) and there was a senior with the reception just talking and talking about nothing related to the property. She could see I was patiently waiting but didn't let him know there was another guest waiting.

I didn't realize that I booked a handicapped room and was asked if I'd like to change it in case someone did happen to need the room. The breakfast was good. Water pressure and hot water were fantastic.

The elevator could use some work - it was slow, a little "iffy" at times, and with no AC - stuffy.

Nothing fancy but a nice place to stay and a perfect location near the special event we attended. With six travelers in our group, we requested / received 2 rooms near each other on the 2nd floor in a quiet area. Room was clean and everything worked well. Good breakfast. Very good staff - courteous, helpful, and accommodating. In person and during phone contact, we received excellent customer service - special thanks to Sadie!

Parking lot is far away for people like myself. No entering from other doors. And toliet was broken since I had same room 1 days apart both tines and did a dress woth broken pieces to staff. Seat top would slide needed new plastic bolts they were broke off in seat. I brought them to staff too.

Place has outstanding staff hands down. Very clean spacious room near the pool ground level for disabilty. I have a amputated partial foot this was a great room. Breakfast is quick and nice room lots of choices. I would def stay here again.

I didn’t like that the toilet was really close to shower but far from the toilet paper roll. Also only entrance working was the main. No side door access from parking lot to rooms.

We requested extra towels and didn't receive them until going to the front desk to ask a second time. We also had no housekeeping service while we were out for the day.

There was an outside light shining in our window from the ground that illuminated the facility. Even closing the blinds room wasn't dark enough. When others rooms around us used the bathroom, could hear the water noise in pipes.

The beds were springy. The shower walls had old stains and the toilet handle kept sticking on. The free soap, lotion etc. we’re too heavily perfumed for us to use.

Our room smelled clean and fresh unlike our previous hotel. It had all of the amenities we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was the very worst I have had at any hotel,even though I never have any great expectations. there was a very odd looking hot item that might have been ham. No fruit and only two containers of yogurt. No one was around to ask for replenish . The bread items were also of poor quality.

Room was very comfortable. The shower was terrific,but the toilet needs replacing,noisy and ran for a very long time. wasted water.
