people outside my room smoking with small buckets full of cigarette butts, room smelled like a car freshener and the bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking. I was in a non smoking room. the person who checked me in kept telling me I did not have a reservation and kept rebooting the computer as she was clueless. took over 15 minutes to checkin. once manager came I was checked in quickly. was told there was breakfast but all they had was juice and coffee. did not feel safe at property as many people sitting outside arguing, smoking and drinking.

The pictures online are not the hotel we stayed at. Light over the sink did not work, the shower head was terrible, dirty all around the hotel, stay was less than helpful, way over priced, and overall just a bad place to stay.

We had an issue with our key not working so couldn't get into the room. They had to use a key fob. Once in the room right away noticed the a/c didn't work so called the office and they tried to get it on, it was a brand new unit, but no and fully booked. They did manage to get us moved into a different room though. We ended up with air but the room was non smoking but smelled like it had been smoking at one point and someone tried to cover it up with air fresheners. Was not clean the top cover of the bedding had stains. All of the water fixtures leaked except the toilet. But under the sink leaked and I'm pretty sure water leaked from under the tub as well. The shower had a clearly used and left open bottle of shampoo. The floors were filthy. The hot water was luke warm. Just in general not clean.

The staff was very nice and they tried their best to help us and make sure we were taken care of.

The bed was hard and extremely uncomfortable, the comforters were covered with stains, it smelled of smoke and mildew/mold, the tv remote didn’t work, there weren’t even batteries in the smoke detector (which also had no cover), and they called several times to confirm our reservation even after we told them we’d be traveling and arrive late.

Loved the salt water fish tank as soon as you enter their lobby. Finding Nemo fish themed tank. The front desk lady was so cheery and just a delightful person.

Our initial room was not cleaned. Yes, the property is pet friendly, but still for it to have been cleaned there were pet hairs on the covers. We were given another room which was much better.

The floors were so dirty I had to use a towel to wipe them down just to walk. The towel was completely brown when finished. There were no wash clothes only one hand towel and the towels we did have were dingy. The beds are on a metal box spring and when you move it creeks like you are on metal cans scraping together. The mattress is very hard but some might like that. The floors outside were super sticky.

The location as perfect for what we were there for, Everyone was nice. The price was good.

Isn't much I can say I didn't like, I would have rather stayed in a room around the side or front than back where all the construction crew were and having to smell weed. Not saying it was actually them but it was also were all remolded and dumpster were placed also.

Staff was very friendly and polite room was clean, for the most part the outside of motel was cleaner than you would expect for it being under remolding. Overall though the motel was a good place to lay your head and for the value it was better than expected. I would stay again.

Well, just about everything. First the location, hard up against gridlocked US-17. One of the loudest if not THE loudest hotel location I have ever stayed at. Then the room... had no towels, had trash in the bathroom waste basket. Had the smoke detector unplugged from the wall and laying on the counter. Had a phone, but no cable?? Just lying there on the counter. No regular coffee in the room. Gaps around the seals on the room door so big... well, look at the photo. And yes, the door is shut and locked. Some kind of work crews stuffing neighboring rooms with multiple people. And in my travels I had stopped and looked at Google maps at a rest stop and I believe it showed a lower rate than what I got on Booking.com. Insult to injury. One thing that made me laugh... on the Booking.com summary it said something like this is a hotel that solo travelers just looking to overnight would like. Yup... because if you had someone with you, she'd say, "we are NOT staying here".

Having Flacos Tacos on the premises was great. Great tacos and cold beer... what's not to like. Otherwise not much. Next to McDonalds, maybe? At least there I could get some coffee since the room provided only decaf. Said they were out of regular.

1. the pool was empty. 2. the rooms are tiny. 3. we were surrounded by druggies and very shady people. 4. some intoxicated woman flipped herself over the railing and landed face first on the walkway right in front of my room, and there was a pool of blood there all night and all next day. 5. there were dogs barking in rooms all night.
