some staff were not friendly- lying about the time the ski shop opened, not giving us a bus schedule when others got them (said they didn’t have any). breakfast was really expensive and would be better included with the room

Understaffing upon checking in was an issue for us. Secondly, the hot tub should be checked on by staff or security at night every 30 minutes. Being a young female alone at the hot tub was troublesome for me as men asked me why I brought my handbag(with my room key, ID , and whatever reasons I want to have a bag with me) the size of an envelope to the hot tub as soon as I stepped foot inside. I was very concerned about this question, as I worse shorts and a sports bra rather than a bikini to deter any of this. Then I was asked my age where I replied “not appropriate to ask me” (after I had to already deal with their harassment) Security should be used to check on guests in the hot tub when the sun goes down as a deterrent to non-comforting circumstances for women or children such as these.

Cleaning the rooms every day would have been nice.

Room was very good and quiet. Would have liked to have cleaning services in the room by now. Restaurant is good and service is good. A little more variety in the food would have been great.

Restaurant food was ABYSMAL and expensive. Only had one dinner and the "pot pie" looked like dog food. Breakfast was almost as bad so we shopped locally and had breakfast in our room every day. Some great dinners in town.

Not many glasses to drink from in the condo and no cereal size bowls , the skillets were pretty marred up and no spatulas for teflon(which is likely why they were marred up) The fitness center needs locker rooms/showers for those of us coming down from the condos

Condo was excellent! comfortable with good size rooms/spaces! Close to the hotel for the fitness center/hot tub and Haydens Post for a drink or snack LOCATION!! we could walk to town and the ski in/out is a great feature

The bill that you get when you leave is crazy. $800+ more than what we agreed to and had already paid because of resort fees are snuck in at the end. This is not right. The beds are not very comfortable and no microwave in your room.

Self playing grand piano and large constant wood burning fireplace in the lobby was great. Ski/snowboard shop conveniently located. Shuttle driver Mike is the best just make sure you schedule your rides in advance. The kids loved the hot tub and heated pool.

The gentleman at the front desk was not very attentive when I arrived. Once we started my booking for checking in he proceeded answers for cell phone and talk on a cell phone and ignore me wasn’t impressed

Everything I needed was right there. The shuttles and close proximity to town was great. I could get a ride to town and walk anywhere I wanted too go.

The bed was horrible. The blinds were broken. The shower didn't drain well. Everything was pretty dated in the condos for the price.

The location and convenience of the shuttle to take you in town. Everyone that worked there was great. The amenities at the resort were nice as well. The condo was quiet and had the basic dishware you may need.

I specifically called ahead of time to make sure the pool abs hot tub would be open for our stay, since I was traveling with a child. the pool ended up being closed for our entire stay, which was disappointing, especially with paying a significant resort fee.

Would have been nice to have a small sofa or two LR chairs instead of just one, and one desk chair. Menu in restaurant for dinner was extremely limited and very expensive. We wanted just a regular hamburger, which they didn't have, so ended up with a pastrami sandwich which could have been so much better. A pile of meat on bread, even if they say it's a "deli" sandwich, should have more going for it. Also, the fact that you were automatically charged 20% tip for the meal was a bit off-putting, as we often give more than 20%

The location was great. Walking distance to downtown Jackson Hole. The restaurant was nicely appointed. Good food and service. We added an extra day to our stay and they made sure we could keep the same room. The pool and hot tub were GREAT!
