room was clean and warm, bed was comfortable. shower took some figuring out but once we did it was good.

Our bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the room felt a bit crowded. Breakfast was a nice offering, but beyond the juice and coffee nothing seemed appealing.

Excellent location, conveniently located. Lots of room for the doggos that joined us to stretch their legs. Coffee was good as well, and available day or night.

Refrigerator in our room did not work, even after I mentioned it to the front desk it was not checked on to make sure it worked. No table and chairs in the wide open area of the front room so we had to sit on the beds to talk and play cards. When I notified the front desk that the refrigerator didn't work, they told me I just needed to plug it in. So we struggled to move the huge cabinet it was in away from the wall to get to the outlet, and it was already plugged in. We made sure it was "on", but it did not work. Then the office told me as we were leaving and I mentioned again that it didn't work, that I should have told them and they would have fixed it. Hmm.

Really good breakfast! Clean room, fast check-in service, good parking access to our room, good location. Like that the office is open 24/7.

Was a little weirded out by the taxidermy as you walk into the lobby the big mountain lion in a glass case kind of creeped me out not really into preserved Dead animals although I’m sure there’s a story to it I just failed to ask The cigarette smokers, hovering in the stairwell, permeated into my room early in the morning. I’m not a cigarette smoker and it’s not good for my health to be around.

Have you ever seen hot tub Thai machine movie? This was the vibe I was getting very clean very friendly stuff was excellent.

My stranded situation.

My car broke down and I had to stay 13 days over the holidays, while I was moving out of state. So grateful it was clean, safe, warm place to be stranded. We had breakfast, staff was kind, and the location was great. Close to the Deschutes river, shopping, and dining.

I think the handicap bathrooms, need to not have a bathtub that needs to be climbed into or over, and would be best if it had a ground level shower entry.

It’s close to the hospital and doctors offices that I need to go to weekly or at minimum once a month.

If you need to use the fridge. Make sure you check that it is on. They turn them off. Otherwise no problems.

Nice clean, quiet room. Convenient access to highway. Very friendly staff. Adequate breakfast. It is located near several fast food restaurants. Also has a gas station next-door.

The toilet rocked in one room and the other room you could hardly close the bathroom door. The beds were super hard

Breakfast was good, appreciated the hot food. Orange juice didn't taste good to me. Lobby could be less cluttered, felt a little messy. Staff was nice. Pool was out of service due to not being cleaned for a while.

Besides the bed there was nothing to sit on in room, plenty of space but no table, or chairs, no chair at desk area either.
