Small rooms, small beds, basic bathroom and a lot of noise from the corridor all night (pack ear plugs)

Had a lovely room with a view of Alcatraz and the courtyard, the double double beds were small as was the room but only used it as a base to explore. The family-friendly facilities are great and the smores on arrival were a lovely touch. Location is great for exploring fishermans wharf area

Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful. A couple of maintenance issues at first. These were fixed immediately. Our room had 2 double beds and there was plenty of space in the room. Decor was Industrial which isn't my taste. Quirky sculpture in Reception is good. Good outdoor space and a firepit to toast free marshmallows.

That was not too much. I really did not like about the hotel. I will come back again. I did not like the view that I had to my room.

I love the location of the hotel. It was very close to all the restaurants that I like to go to It wasn't that far from the airport. I love the design that the hotel has several amenities. That I didn't like as well. The decor was really nice. I love that you were able to get coughing tea at any time in the lobby

A little bit like being on a ship-can hear other residents doors closing. Our room overlooked a carpark, nothing to see.

We had a mouse in our room which we reported a couple of times with video footage but nothing was done about it, our fridge and a light stopped working . These are minor things that didn’t bother us but some people would be up in arms about them, just some things the hotel can rectify to ensure a perfect stay for other guests.

Location of the hotel was excellent, right next to the main piers and within easy walking distance to the city centre which took in Chinatown en route . The room was really comfortable and a good size.

The bed was a touch soft and small for my liking... but that's not unusual

Its a fantastic hotel. The rooms are great, the rest of the hotel really nice with a great lobby. I was able to get some work done downstairs whilst the wife was still asleep upstairs. For the price we paid it was a bargain for the location too. We really did love it.

The location of Hotel Zephyr is ideal, within walking distance of local attractions. The outdoor area is great for groups. The room was cozy and nice.

The rooms are rather small, and only one chair to get some rest (we were a group of three). There is lack of fresh air, the window does not open. The staff is indifferent, the place was very busy during our stay.

An interesting busy place in touristy Fisherman's Wharf. The lobby is spacious offering high tables from meals brought from outside. Original decoration and plenty of games and camp fires in the courtyard where you can cook your mashmallows. Excellent location, close to the cable car turn over and pier 39. You can easily walk to Alcatraz cruise deck or even to Exploratorium, a very interesting science museum.

Maintenance could be improved in the room but nothing major.

The hotel is in a great location at Fishermans Wharf with easy access to local transport. Very clean hotel with a chilled vibe. We really enjoyed sitting by the firepit with the s’more kit provided by the front desk. Comfortable beds and a nice sized room.

No full length mirror in the rooms. Bathroom mirror was inadequate for needs. Not even a mirror in the lifts!! Some staff were rude.
