You can hear when someone is showering in the other room or just using a water, doors don’t go all way down, you can see the light from the hallway. It is a little big expensive … but ok it is a good location.

The location is perfect, the garden with fire and smores, nice staff, very nice interior, the bed is comfortable.

No restaurant in the hotel, so no room service. Parking very expensive.

We loved the lobby, the outside garden, playroom, bottomless coffee at the lobby, kids (and adults) enjoyed the s’mores. Staff were super helpful and responding very fast. Rooms were clean and quiet, although the windows were facing the street.

The hotel had really fun games in theorie courtyard. And the location near fishermans Wharf is perfect!

The next day we had problems finding another person who booked us the cruise in the bay at sunset, but the reservation was wrong and for another activity. Asking the reception nobody knew the name of this last contact and we want to point out that there is no control over the people entering and leaving the lobby despite there is 24/24 security. We call for immediate action and greater control over the people who operate in the consierge being a useful service offered and not to deceive other innocent tourists.

The stay was pleasant, position 10/10, the rooms always clean and equipped with everything. Very useful service consierge for bookings of various activities in San Francisco. On the first day we found a very helpful lady with whom we booked the tour of Alcatraz and provided us with many suggestions.

Excellent start point for a visit to San Francisco. Perfectly located to North beach, Russian Hill and the seaside. We did pick up a rental car in the neighborhood to continue the journey. All well!!

Sound insulation wasn’t great, could hear the lift beeping and noise from other guests, but definitely not a deal breaker

Small rooms, small beds, basic bathroom and a lot of noise from the corridor all night (pack ear plugs)

Had a lovely room with a view of Alcatraz and the courtyard, the double double beds were small as was the room but only used it as a base to explore. The family-friendly facilities are great and the smores on arrival were a lovely touch. Location is great for exploring fishermans wharf area

Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful. A couple of maintenance issues at first. These were fixed immediately. Our room had 2 double beds and there was plenty of space in the room. Decor was Industrial which isn't my taste. Quirky sculpture in Reception is good. Good outdoor space and a firepit to toast free marshmallows.

That was not too much. I really did not like about the hotel. I will come back again. I did not like the view that I had to my room.

I love the location of the hotel. It was very close to all the restaurants that I like to go to It wasn't that far from the airport. I love the design that the hotel has several amenities. That I didn't like as well. The decor was really nice. I love that you were able to get coughing tea at any time in the lobby
