The pool and hot tub were great. I especially liked that the pool and hot tub were adult only after 10:00 and that the pool stayed open until midnight

Storm door was old and rusty. double doors were attached by wire at handles. TV was hard to used. Shower was not easely controllable for temperature- always came out hot. Ice machine not in service. NEVER TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST UNTIL AFTER REGISTERING. No presence of staff on premises.

There were hairs on the pillowcases. Rest of room appeared to be clean. Was fine for an overnight stay during a long road trip but will not stay here again

Absolutely dirty room. When I asked if we could get a new room because it was dirty the staff was unbelievable shocked and said it’s not dirty.

Arrived with a reservation for 2 nights. The management claimed the room I booked was not available due to maintenance issues. No one ever tried to reach me before arriving at 4 pm that there was a issue. No compensation or anything else offered to remedy the situation. I cancelled and went to another hotel for the remainder of my stay in Miami!
