“The warm welcome was a lovely start to our 2 night stay here. All the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us; just how hotel service should be, with a special mention to Madison who we saw most often - a credit to the team!
Our room (101) provided all we needed. The bed and bedding were comfortable, clean and soft (pillowcases & duvet cover were very nice). No view as such but as we were out most of the time during our stay that didn't matter.
The breakfast choices were good - we enjoyed a full Scottish on the first morning (excellent 👌🏼) and a really delicious cheese and ham 3 egg omelette on the second morning.
The hotel location was just right for us - being central for the things we wanted to walk to (Solway Spirits, Annandale Distillery and Lonsdale Cinema) whilst exploring Annan town and surrounding areas on foot.”
